    • The perfect charger
I searched a lot the perfect charger for using in my home and leaving permanently plugged into wall outlets in places like the kitchen and living room. This one is a perfect fit for such uses! Why is this one the best? Because almost all of the chargers out there have the power prongs on the "short side" with the body of the charger sticking straight out. So weight and gravity make the thing tend to fall out of the socket. It's also an eyesore with the charger sticking straight out of the wall. This charger however, has the prongs on the "long side" so the charger fits flat up against the wall and doesn't fall or get knocked out. Since it's white, it matches nicely with the outlet plate and blends in. If you put it on the bottom socket, it doesn't cover up the upper outlet. So it's perfect for permanently equipping various places with USB ports. From a "specifications" standpoint, it's good enough. There are faster chargers out there, but it doesn't matter in my opinion. This one is still fast and has full 24W to each port (some chargers have one fast and one slow port). I bought several and had one go bad after a month. I emailed the manufacturer's support and they sent me a replacement with no questions asked and no hassle. Great customer service! ... show more

Functionally, I am completely satisfied with this product -- ignoring the fact that the lightning bolt light indicator on bottom corner doesn't work and being entirely aware that this is NOT a "fast charger" (it doesn't claim to be). The adapter is slim and stays fairly flush to wall plate, and I can position it upside down, with USB ports facing upward toward the ceiling (see photo). The seller sent me a new one after I reported the lightning bolt light didn't work. Nope, still doesn't work, not even on the replacement. I can't even see it in complete darkness. I bought a different model later (with a USB-C connection) and the same light on that charger DOES work; the green light is very bright on the other model. There is definitely an issue with the light indicator on this model, but it doesn't appear to impact the USB adapter function. NOTE: this is NOT a "fast charger". My phone literally says "charging slowly" when I use this with my phone. This is more appropriate for non-smart USB-powered devices like essential oil diffusers (how I'm using mine). ... show more
