To start off WOW! when we were looking for a robot for our plumbing business we were hoping to find a robot that could handle sand as we were previously using a Roborock and had very little success, it was constantly getting jammed due to the amount of sand our plumbers were bringing into the office. I read a bunch of reviews and watched several videos that this robot did pretty well with sand and so we decided to go forward and give it a shot. We have now had it for a month and all i can say is thank you narwal for this robot as we no longer have a sand issue whatsoever in our office and most of the office staff no longer have allergy issues due to dust. The mop is doing a great job cleaning itself and I haven't had any issues thus far. I would absolutely give it 10 stars if i could. when the floors get super bad during the day we don't have to worry about the Noise as it is incredibly quiet and does a great job even on its lower Suction settings. The setup was easy and we had 0 issues with connectivity. One last thing is our office has cords EVERYWHERE on the floor and it hasn't had a single issue with its obstacle avoidance and hasn't gotten stuck once. The noise level is good compared to old vacuums. It cleans decent, but not amazing. The movement was good, but recent updates turned this robot into an idiot. It will smash full speed into chairs and tables for no reason. If you have wide open spaces with no tight areas this might be a ok vacuum, but it gets confused easily, as I have found this thing stuck a lot. The pet finding feature, wow, you want to see a special robot…. It will search a corner of a wall for 5 min, then run and try to get stuck in every possible way. I set it to find my dog, it took 10 minutes to search the mud room, a 8’x5, room. It stared at a corner for 5 minutes. Then it went into my kitchen, the dog is now 8 feet from the robot. It is still searching the kitchen and ramming my kitchen table at full speed constantly. After 30 minutes of searching the robot the robot never found my dog who didn’t move the entire time. Which the robot did see her a few times but didn’t recognize the massive dog laying on the carpet. I sent it back home after it stopped and did a 360 in front of her then kept going. I couldn't be happier with the Narwal Flow 2! Having pets, a mix of carpets, and hard floors, I needed something that could actually keep up with the daily mess and this vacuum cleans everything extremely well. I owned a Roomba years ago that barely picked anything up and constantly got stuck, but this machine is a total game-changer. The navigation is flawless, the suction is incredible, and it handles pet hair like a pro without getting tangled. It is light years ahead of older robot vacuums.     • Easily the best robot vacuum of early 2026

Freo mind is the only downfall to this product. It’s the AI feature they built in so that you can tell it to use its eyes instead of following a pattern on a grid. It opens up the ability to control the robot and see what it sees with your phone. But this company honestly did really well on their privacy policy, allowing you to completely disable the AI features that can be exploited by the public. Such as the ability to essentially stream video or audio. I’m disabled that immediately when it warned me that enabling it is a tremendous risk on a lowly secured network. Granted my network is pretty secure, I’m not a risk taker. They care about privacy guys. When I read that portion of its description online and saw it reflected well in reviews, that motivated me to see it for myself; potentially obtaining the device for good. Then I saw how clear their privacy concerns are for their consumers. Hooked it up to my plumbing later that day. The freo mind still is pretty strange with all of the weird circles or turning it does almost at random. Like it’ll go to a memory foam standing pad on the tile, identify it as a small carpet, vacuum it, come off it, then see it again as if it was another carpet. Doesn’t do it more than 3 times in a row though so I’d call it a non issue and I’d likely programmed to be strange when it notices something but has no method to show you what it was thinking. Another example is when it returns to base. If it has to go through a hallway or an archway, it’ll likely enter diagonally, still turn into the wall, then kind of get “lost” and need to 360 twice to figure out that its drunk. Just set the freo mind off, and it’s a perfectly fine automated vacuum with beyond stellar obstruction avoidance. It even dodges cat toys. (Thank goodness) I always worry about the day my dog gets sick and throws up to get hit by a robot vacuum. But this device I am confident will dodge it even if it’s small. Narwal review Part bought for more professional installation Just do an Amazon search for part number WP164014 Overall I’m pretty impressed with how the Narwal vacuum works. I have all hardwood through out my house. I mainly bought it for its mopping capability and for its automatic water fill and drain. Which if your house has mostly tile or hardwood I would highly recommend it. I do have a long haired cat that sheds a lot and so far the vacuum does well at picking up her hair and not tangling or leaving hair balls bunched all over the house or in the corners. So it does very well at that. The app is overall pretty good, once you get used to it. But seems like some of the features are hidden but like I said once you get used to it you can focus on perfecting your preferences. To Narwal The only thing I wish they would add is a section on how close it can get to items on the ground or baseboards. Also Narwal if you read this, to make it more technical advance you could have the robot take pictures of the baseboard door spring stopper or anything that consumers do not want it to touch with the on board camera so it can remember to be cautious in that area, on the map. Due to the fact the bumper is stronger than the spring. And other items that are on the ground. Also Seems like some of the features are hidden and could make your search for keywords more accurate through the app more to make it easier and friendlier ... show more

Received my Narwal Flow 2 and immediately ran into a serious issue. After connecting the water line, my kitchen started flooding. After inspecting the unit, I found the internal water inlet isn’t connected to anything, there’s supposed to be a hose linking it to the system, but it’s completely missing (see AI assisted photo). Water just flows straight into the unit. I understand this is likely a defective unit, not the norm, but at $1,400, it’s pretty concerning that something this critical made it through quality control. This isn’t a minor issue; it’s the one thing that prevents the unit from flooding your house. I called support to report it, and they didn’t seem too concerned, just told me to return it to Amazon, since I was unable to get a photo of the inaccessible inside of the unit. Recommendation: Before turning on the water, double-check that the internal inlet is actually connected, or be really close to your shutoff Really disappointing experience for something at this price point. ... show more

Super happy with this coming from a eufy s1 pro. Internal self cleaning water tank, no hair getting stuck on the roller, and with RDS no more adding/removing water. This thing mops and navigates like a champ. No issues getting back in its dock. highly recommend the asurion warranty.
