I absolutely love this chair! I’m 6’2”, and it’s not always easy to find a chair that’s truly comfortable, but this one exceeded my expectations. It provides great support, and the cushioning stays comfortable even after sitting for hours. One of my favorite features is the reclining backrest and the retractable footrest. While I’m printing large batches of documents from my home office, I can simply lean back, put my feet up, and relax while waiting. It has made my workdays much more comfortable. The chair also looks great, feels sturdy, and was easy to assemble. If I ever needed another office chair, I would absolutely buy this one again. It has the most comfortable padding that I have ever sat in. The Multiple positions that you can lower the back to are awesome! I game and watch movies from the chair and I can go for several hours in it and not get any pain in my back or legs. The leg rest is a luxury that I have never had before! The chair is comfortable and was easy enough to assemble, but there was no manual included and the lower bolt on the left armrest just won't go in all the way but it seems sturdy enough. I honestly wasn’t expecting to like this chair as much as I do because of how affordable it was, but it completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, this was one of the easiest furniture setups I’ve ever done. The instructions were clear (though very small print), all the parts were very well-labeled, and I had it fully assembled in under 20 minutes without any frustration. The chair comes with everything needed to put it together, assembly is easy and straight forward (instructions are included and easy to follow). It's comfortable and adjustable, with a locking lever for the reclining backrest. Customer support was great to deal with also, as mine came with a cosmetic issue. The hefty metal plate that connects the chair back & chair bottom together managed (probably during shipping/handling) to rest onto of one of the armrests, leaving a long deep crease in the arm padding. I contacted Customer support, sent pmphotos that they asked for, and they immediately sent out two new (both L &R) armrests. I do like that the armrests are fixed and bolted to the chair frame, making them comfortable to use and sturdy. I don't like the adjustable armrests that move up & down and rotate outward & inward, they tend to get loose and just move around quite easily while gaming and this chair was a much better option for me.     • N-Gen Gaming Chair: A noticeable upgrade and a great overall chair
I've been using this chair for a few weeks now as a replacement for my previous gaming chair, which finally bit the bucket after about 7 years of use. This chair is a noticeable improvement on my previous chair in every way. It is more durable, specifically regarding the stability of the base connection to the actual chair, and provides great support for long working or gaming sessions. The cushions are on the 'firm' side, but that's something I prefer in a chair and not something I noticed as a negative. If ever I'm needing to adjust something on the chair, the levers are smoothly operated and don't aggressively engage/disengage meaning there is no jerking around during adjustments. While I don't use the footrest all that much, it is a nice perk if I'm watching a movie or other video media at my desk. The other incredible thing about this chair is the price point. High quality gaming chairs (like the Secret Lab Evo) cost over 7 times as much as this chair. It's impossible to compare the two products at such drastically different price points, but for the money I'm paying, I think this chair is pretty great. ... show more
