Struggled at first to print stickers with this machine. I had to contact CS and they advised there was a firmware update, and after that install I was able to get stickers centered and printed very nice. I did try the 129S MUNBYN, and the DPI of that unit is NOT good (203), so I do recommend if you are getting a MUNBYN you get the 300 DPI versions. BIG DIFFERENCE! After a long while of troubleshooting, I can finally say I am a happy customer. Thanks MUNBYN for making it right!     • Fantastic most of the time, but with flaws
Most of the time this printer is great, the labels come out super clear. The problem is that you need an external label holder and its basically impossible to feed the labels from those external holders in straight. So with every print the labels will slowly drift until they start touching the edge of the printer. Then you have to open the printer and re-center the labels. Then after you re-center the labels, it will feed forward and you will lose 1 label. It's not a huge deal or anything losing 1 label every 20 labels or so. It's just annoying and feels wasteful. If I were going to buy another label printer today I'd go for one that has an internal label holder. ... show more

What I found out the hard way is that regardless of what the amazon description says it only pints 4x6 labels. They don't have the "P" version listed on their web site they do have a pro listed so one would think it is the same unit. it is not. I wasted two day trying to get the thing to print on less than 4xt6 labels using multiple computers and OS. I wish amazon would punish supplier who flagrantly post false descriptions. The 4x6 labels did print and look good but that is not why I purchased it. Sent it back and will do my best pass the word on they can not be trusted. Also, don't bother to call their number ring trill it stops no voice prompt of indication they are still in bussiness. ... show more

Recently ran out of ink for my laser printer and thought it was time to buy a thermal printer for my online store. I am happy with my purchase. I bought 300DPI since I thought the legibility was really important for scanning and label resizing purposes. Tips whenever you realign the labels: - Inside, you'll see clutches on the side and push them inwards so your labels won't go off center. - When pressing the repositioning button, it spits about 3 labels so my advice is tape 3 used labels in front so the 4th label will always be the new/unused one. ... show more

I got another brand as a Christmas gift and the printing was very light. So I bought this Munbyn 941 with 300 dpi. It works perfect and I love it. It is sturdy and doesnt feel cheap. The lines are clean and matches real well with my all white computer. I have contacted support to help me set the borders for the shipping labels and they were fast at getting me up and running.
