Effortless Setup & High-Quality Printing – A Must-Have Label Printer!
Color: Blue
Setting up the MUNBYN RealWriter 401AP was an absolute breeze! I was honestly expecting a complicated process, but connecting via Wi-Fi took just a few minutes, and AirPrint worked flawlessly with my iPhone and Mac—no drivers, no headaches. The print quality is super sharp thanks to the 300 DPI resolution, making labels look clean and professional. The 5GHz Wi-Fi is a game changer, allowing for fast, reliable printing even from multiple devices. I use it for shipping labels on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, and it’s been smooth sailing. I also appreciate the energy-saving features, which help cut down on power use while keeping performance top-notch. If you need a hassle-free, high-quality label printer, this one’s definitely worth it! (Although it's little pricey, you are paying for the convenience, and it's cheaper than Rollo brand) When it comes to thermal printers, the Zebra ZD-421 with 300 DPI costs over $400, while this one delivers the same quality at a fraction of the price—it's a no-brainer! ... show more

PERFECT!
Color: Pink
I love this thermal printer! I got it to work with my Etsy shop and it tirelessly works perfectly! What the instructions didn't say was you had to go to the website they provide on the card inserted in the package if you want to set it up properly on your desktop/laptop because the simple set up in the instructions didnt work for me. Not sure if anyone else will have the same issues I did. I had to use both the phone and laptop together to get it going due to the wifi. Get the app on the phone to be able to connect it to wifi so that your laptop can recognize it. Go to the website on the laptop and once you go through the update/wifi instructions and they walk you through how to install it will it print without issue. It took me forever to figure that out. That's the only issue I had but now that it's all set up it prints beautifully and I'm soooo happy with this purchase. ... show more

Annoyed initially but customer support was so helpful!
Color: Pink
While the instructions for set up that come with the printer itself are rather limited, the customer support for this product went above and beyond. At first, I was horribly annoyed at this printer for not printing USPS shipping labels from Etsy on either of my computers, Macbook and Windows, properly and with ease. The actual set up was easy, but I felt that I had wasted several labels because they kept printing tiny and on half the 4x6 label page. After messing with printing settings on both computers, I resorted to cropping via the app on my phone. It left me pretty irked. However, I have now amended my original product review because customer support responded to me so swiftly and helpfully. They provided me with documentation that instructed me on a very quick fix to my problem (it was a simple matter of changing my shipping label preferences in Etsy Seller!) and I am now very relieved and grateful. I really didn't want to have to return the printer because I absolutely adore the pink color and the pink thermal labels. I also like that I didn't need to install a driver for either computer. Basically, all my issues had little to do with the pinter itself, and everything to do with the fact that I didn't know I had to go into Etsy Seller to adjust my shipping label preferences. ... show more

I have no idea why a printer has voice activated controls?
Color: Blue
I have no idea why a printer has voice-activated controls? But it is annoying! I finally figured out how to turn it off. Prints well.

Used and not accurate
Color: Blue
Was shipped a clearly used product with scratch marks and just thrown in a bag. Tried using and wasted at least 20 labels trying to get it to grab the paper and print right. Awful product and quality control. Look somewhere else for this kind of money. Should be $50 at most.

WORKS GREAT. IT DOES HAVE VOICE COMMAND BUT LIMITED TO ABOUT 3 OR 4 COMMANDS. THE PINK IS A PRETTY SHADE. I RECMMEND THIS PRODUCT. CONNECTS EASY ESPECIALLY ON THE NEW MAC.

Great air print printer
Color: Pink
I love this label printer. I tried many before I broke down and paid a little more to get a WiFi with AirPrint capabilities. Saves me so much time not having to print from an app. Works great with my iPhone and my Mac computer. Would definitely buy again. I’ve owned this printer for 3 months now and it’s been amazing. The WiFi feature saves me so much time. ... show more
