    • Buggy and does not want to print.
Worked well the first month I had it but after close to a year and half, the printer became really buggy. It doesn't want to print half the time. I spend 30 minutes at a time trouble shooting to see if it'll print. Really frustrating to use.

I have had this printer for a few months, and it works great. Very easy to print from your phone, easy to set up with the free app, and prints crazy fast. I have not set up a free account with it, and it still works well. The labels look small but very readable. I have only used it for eBay, and it works well. We used a laser printer before, and while it worked well, it was more expensive to run than this one. I have not used it enough to have to replace anything, so I don't have info on how long it will last, but very happy with this purchase so far. ... show more

    • Fast and affordable printing, just keep it maintained.
This printer is easy to setup and easy to use. I had purchased it for printing shipping labels, and now use it for product labels as well. I did notice some streaking and poor print quality that made me think that maybe the printer was defective, but when I examined the print head surface, I noticed some dull spots that I could feel. I was able to use an eyeglass lens cloth to clean the printhead and restore the print quality. Keep in mind that thermal labels are coated, and some of that coating can rub off onto the printhead, causing a decrease in print quality. The decreased print quality is not the fault of the printer but merely some of the coating from the labels sticking to the printer. With regular care, this printer is an amazing value. I now clean the printhead before any large label printing projects to avoid wasting labels. I really appreciate the speed of the printer as well as the low cost of conumables such as the labels. ... show more

The printer wasn't working at first and was leaving gaps every time I tried to print samples, however after contacting customer service they were able to provide excellent assistance with solving the issue. The gapping problem couldn't be fixed, therefore they immediately offered to replace my printer and send over a new one. They also added in a free roll of labels as consolation. Despite my initial frustration with the printer, the customer service made up for it in so many ways. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I am very satisfied. ... show more

Simple design and easy to get started, but I prefer if they had a design in white. I liked that the printer is small and very portable. It comes with everything you need to test print and set up with ease. I don't know why it printed crooked however. The sideways opening like the Rollo printer makes it easy to clean inside if necessary and to calibrate/feed the labels through the printer. It really adds to the sleek design. They need to fix their user guides though because the .biz website it tells us to go to keeps getting flagged for phishing by my antivirus and the company has an updated .com website link. ... show more
