The media could not be loaded. You guys are awesome. It works great so far. That’s what I thought for the one I’m returning. I’m using this printer, to print out a return label for a printer I bought weeks ago and only worked twice, then when I tried it again, malfunction.     • Good fan-folded labels that print cleanly
Good fan-folded labels for a variety of uses - identification, shipping, etc. The labels are easy to load and have an indicator printed on the backing paper to ensure you can load them correctly into any printer correctly. They adhere to packages once applied and are not easily removed.

Update： Eventually I found a solution to solve the disconnecting problem: 1. Need to clear cell phone’s Bluetooth cache before re-pair them. 2. Ensure no other device is currently connected to the printer when using the printer. After the above troubleshooting steps, It functioned properly ever since. I really wanted to like this printer because on paper it’s a great deal. It’s affordable, compact, and doesn’t require ink since it uses thermal printing. It also supports multiple devices (iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac), which makes it appealing for small business use. However, the biggest issue is Bluetooth connectivity — it keeps disconnecting constantly, which makes it frustrating to use. Pros • Easy setup out of the box • Prints clearly when it actually works • No ink or toner needed (saves money long term) • Compact size with included stand Cons (Main Issue) • Bluetooth disconnects frequently ：drops connection mid-print and requires reconnecting almost every time • App experience feels unreliable • Not ideal for batch printing or high-volume use The printer works fine for a few labels, but then it randomly disconnects. Sometimes it won’t reconnect unless I restart the app or toggle Bluetooth. This completely slows down workflow, especially if you’re printing multiple shipping labels. Overall, this is a budget-friendly printer with decent print quality, but the unstable Bluetooth connection is a major downside.
