I spent weeks shopping different boards and landed on this one because of the 3 in 1 option. I only use the roller as a massage roller because I can't balance on it at all. I use this at a standing desk and it is really easy to mount/dismount without falling over while holding onto the desk. It's built to balance front to back and left to right (most others I looked at were just back to front). I haven't used it much away from a desk but imagine you can get some good balance workouts in! I've noticed my body hurts way less for standing long periods of time at my desk.

I got this to use at work where I have a sit/stand desk. In my opinion, it's better to use than just standing in place. I used to find myself shifting my weight and/or ultimately leaning over onto my desk, but this keeps me from doing that. It keeps my support muscles engaged and I often find myself standing up for longer than I would have otherwise... so, mission accomplished. The board feels very solid, even after a few months of use, a few hours each day. The standing surface is grip tape like you'd see on skateboards and the strips on the curved parts underneath are felt with an adhesive backing. I use mine on a short-pile/commercial carpet, so I could see the felt strips wearing out eventually, but the board came with replacement strips for once they do.

I love this, I got it to use with my standing desk and it adds a bit more exercise while you stand. It’s not super tippy which makes it easy to stand and work. The surface is has grippy sand paper so your feet stay on it. Just what I was looking for to elevate standing to work.

The Infidez 360 Balance Board is a good bang for the buck. I've been having some ankle weakness when hiking and a co-worker recommended a balance board for my standing desk. Although I spend about 1/2 hour on it at a time, I feel like it has made the difference when I'm in the woods and getting tired. The Infidez looks homemade. But, it is sturdy and I can twist around on it as well as balance and rock along during virtual meetings. I'm still a bit new to using a balance board, so I'm not drinking coffee while rocking to be safe. The Infidez is higher off the ground than the more expensive brand my coworker uses and I'm sure I will need to replace the strips at some point (there are extras in the box). But all in all, it is a great bang for the buck.

I don't recall any of the reviewers saying anything about how slippery the underside parts can be. An immediate surprise: if you're not fully in balance and turn to adjust your body posture, the board will slide out from under you on a wood floor and you fall flat on the floor. If/when I get back on it, I certainty will place it on a grippy exercise mat. It seems to me there is no gripping function in the board.
