Where do I even start? Packaging was immaculate. Contents were intact upon delivery, thanks Amazon. The kettle itself is Stellar. I’m a bit picky when it comes to materials, in this case the less plastic the better. The lid is the only plastic piece making contact with water and by that I mean solely condensation so particularly if you’re only boiling one serving nothing is making contact with it. The shape makes pouring a bit strange, it pours slowly and you kinda of gotta really turn it borderline upside down to get all of the contents out and the holes as opposed to an open spout also contributes to the delay. The LED lights are such a nice addition, they’re mostly there for theatrics other than the visual cue just letting you know your water’s ready, but boy does it look good. The fact that all you need to do is hit the switch and let it run is great, no excess controls or buttons, it has one job and it does it well. 2L of water will boil in under 5 minutes, a personal serving of 24oz will boil in 2 minutes so it’s fast, comparable to a Hamilton Beach kettle I picked up a while back. This won’t break the bank, the autostop feature means it’s not running longer than it should and despite the pitcher not being insulated it actually retains heat, the entire base heats up and is flat and is as opposed to some electric pitchers that rely on a single point to heat up the pot and because the whole base is hot, it’s contributing to heat retention. I tested this by reheating the water after letting it sit for a minute before reboiling. One of the perks of a glass pitcher is no weird flavors or odors and it’s non porous so no condensation buildup on the outside. All in all, it’s Fantastic. Fast, sexy, built well. It’s gonna be put through its paces so in terms of long term performance I need some time to get good data but it’s looking good. Also shoutout to Cindy, what a nice touch leaving a personal message in the products. As constructive feedback, this is certainly a good and reliable product to keep on the shelves.

Works well, easy to clean, boils quick. The handle is not hot to the touch when boiled. No leaking, seems durable with being made of all stainless steel and glass and minimal BPA free plastics. Auto shut off hasnt failed yet and doesn’t have any strange taste added to the beverages.

It’s so fast and safely the container is not very hot to touch. It’s easy to use and easy to turn it on just pull up the lever and light turns on indicating that it’s in working mode. It turns of automatically when water boiled which is a relief that I don’t have to watch it. Design and quality seems pretty good.

This kettle is above and beyond my old one and even above what I expected. And I paid four times as much for my previous one. And it didn’t last a year barely! So yes, even after reading all the glowing reviews I was still pleasantly surprised by how amazing this kettle really is! My old one was huge (which I loved as I use lots and lots of hot water at a time), BUT it poured badly & it usually ended up back-splashing coffee on me from my pour over, like literally onto my shirt with out fail pretty much on a daily basis. Yeah… SO NOT Fun… But this one is nearly the same size & It is weighted JUST RIGHT!! So that even tho it’s large, (holding a LOT of water!) it still pours like a dream! Esp for being so big! I just LOVE THAT! And it heats oh so super fast!!! That I don’t even have to go sit down & wait! It’s legit almost done boiling nearly TOO fast for me! Which I will get used to in time & which I sincerely ADORE! And I really do mean the whole pot is boiled fast, not just one single cup! I absolutely love the top of this kettle too. (Just be sure you use your brain & don’t pull the lid off w your face or hand directly above the lid -while it’s still steaming hot- or Anyone would get burned!!! So pls pls just use ur common sense on that!) My old kettle in truth def did have more base options tho, like what temp to select and for how long to keep the boil going which I could program in, but honestly, I only ever used two options AND two temps. So it’s not a huge loss. I will admit tho that I do really miss the keep warm feature tho. That feature I used quite a lot and sincerely wish they had on this pot.. (Tho it seems most folks prefer an auto shut off instead… Not me tbh..) Also, my previous pot and it’s top were glass and metal only (which sounds great in theory & for health reasons…supposedly… —UNTIL reality intervenes & you have condensation that makes for immense limescale buildup (esp in FL), all over the top and around the edges of the top so it looked absolutely horrid absolutely every single day, ‘til I have to give it yet another vinegar bath, & another & another & another… U see the pattern.. (Ugh, just so not fun! LOL! As it was an utter nightmare to clean that last kettle so VERY often (as I used it so often).. So the bottom line is that I am really SOO much happier w this lid/top of this pot instead, even tho it’s plastic AND with this entire kettle in general also! But esp this top as it is small, & plugs down into the top of the water pot so that it basically sits down in the kettle nearly, so there’s no splashing out while boiling and all the condensation falls back into the water pot. And the top sits inside the pot but it doesn’t touch the water being boiled!- Which is seriously the best of all worlds, just believe me on that! Since I have tried many other options previously. This one kettle works best. I have owned 4 diff ones these last few years.. So, THIS kettle is designed wonderfully all the way around and to me is legit worthy of 10 stars out of 5! Now, I will add in closing that if it just lasts for over a year I will be even more over the moon ecstatic w this brand and a total customer for life! ;) Best of luck to my fellow coffee & tea drinkers!

Good tea kettle. Love the blue light it emits when it's on. Downside: the lid is made of plastic and seems flimsy compared to the rest of the material. Easy use: flip a switch. Heats up pretty quickly, auto shut off. No leaks so far. Makes great tea.

Our last Mueller electric kettle of similar design lasted 7 years, with the exception of a minor switch dysfunction that the company graciously honored with a quick replacement. This is the newest version of that kettle. It has less plastic, a better spout design. I would say the weak point in these kettles is the latches that hold the lid. While this new kettle uses a different style lid, the latches that hold the lid are not that different, and still made of plastic. It is fast, the LED lights are always fun, easy to clean. Hope this lasts another 7 years!! Maybe Mueller could simply offer replacement lids if these latches get weak. The other ones later at least 5 years, so who am I to complain? 5 star company for quality product and great customer service.

Good value for a sturdy, dependable tea kettle. No flimsy parts; everything works as it should. Took advantage of a good sale price, it heats up pretty fast, opening wide enough to clean easily and the auto shut off works perfectly. On top of that I love the pretty blue light :)
