This is obviously an off brand. It showed up dented and not everything lined up exactly perfect. and the table top attachment that Amazon recommended go with it did not fit, so I will have to return that. BUT that being said it is functional and looks nice. for the price I think it was a good buy. over $200 savings of the name brand and I have to deal with a small dent and it took ma an extra minute to line up the holes... not a big deal for me. the table top not working was disappointing but it is what it is! I would buy another one! ... show more

    • Works pretty good, we are happy.
A little flimsy but easy to pick up and move around. I usually just pick it up and carry it. I didn't put sand in bottom but will not be leaving it out anyway. As long as propane tank is on it its pretty stable. Really puts out a lot of heat.

    • This is A DANGEROUS PRODUCT. BEWARE less than one star.
I Purchased two of these for my wedding, Upon receiving these items they came damaged from the box. I immediately contacted the seller and sent them pictures and they did not reply so I ended up calling Amazon to explain to them my disgust. So I attempted to bend out the bad metal that was bent and I thought my problem was solved until my wedding day when I first turn the heaters on for the first time that I noticed the heat shield where the burner assembly sets started melting and I am a plumber by trade and one of the first things I noticed when turning on is that there were orange flames going past the safety shield for the burner assembly. This product is very dangerous for them to sell such poor quality I would hope Amazon would take them as a seller off of their list because this is a safety concern and this product is very dangerous with the inferior quality of the product. BUYER BEWARE. I bought two of them and both of them were defective and damaged upon receiving. ... show more

I am glad I ordered the heater before I read the reviews. It arived in perfect condition. Very easy to put together. Putting the sand in the hole was a little hard but no big deal. It started the first time without any problem.

We were very excited to receive this, but horribly disappointed upon unboxing. The heater looked like it has been either previously owned, or kicked down a flight of stairs. Dents, dings and scratches on the base of the heater. The description says it will heat 200sqf but really heats only about 5-6ft in diameter, as we tested on a 40 degree evening. This was not my first choice, but was a good price. It ran a pretty long time without necessitating a tank change, and we huddled around it whilst wearing blankets/sweaters. I’d strongly recommend reading ALL the reviews prior to purchase, despite COVID making these hard to get as there are many other brands to look at. ... show more
