This is obviously an off brand. It showed up dented and not everything lined up exactly perfect. and the table top attachment that Amazon recommended go with it did not fit, so I will have to return that. BUT that being said it is functional and looks nice. for the price I think it was a good buy. over $200 savings of the name brand and I have to deal with a small dent and it took ma an extra minute to line up the holes... not a big deal for me. the table top not working was disappointing but it is what it is! I would buy another one!

A little flimsy but easy to pick up and move around. I usually just pick it up and carry it. I didn't put sand in bottom but will not be leaving it out anyway. As long as propane tank is on it its pretty stable. Really puts out a lot of heat.

I bought 4 of these heaters. First 2 were great so thought I'd need more. But, realized there were only room for 2 in our patio. Needed to return and contacted the seller BBS United though amazon chat and viola! got a personal return call within 5 min! Helped out with the refund no questions asked! I Purchased two of these for my wedding, Upon receiving these items they came damaged from the box. I immediately contacted the seller and sent them pictures and they did not reply so I ended up calling Amazon to explain to them my disgust. So I attempted to bend out the bad metal that was bent and I thought my problem was solved until my wedding day when I first turn the heaters on for the first time that I noticed the heat shield where the burner assembly sets started melting and I am a plumber by trade and one of the first things I noticed when turning on is that there were orange flames going past the safety shield for the burner assembly. This product is very dangerous for them to sell such poor quality I would hope Amazon would take them as a seller off of their list because this is a safety concern and this product is very dangerous with the inferior quality of the product. BUYER BEWARE. I bought two of them and both of them were defective and damaged upon receiving.

I am glad I ordered the heater before I read the reviews. It arived in perfect condition. Very easy to put together. Putting the sand in the hole was a little hard but no big deal. It started the first time without any problem.

I like the heater but the base was dented in three places when we opened it up, despite the box looking fine. The seller is Quality Bargains and Goods. They said they have no replacement units but we could return it. They did not offer a price adjustment and I cannot find a phone number. Also the shipping was expensive so I’d like a refund for the entire price if I ship it back to them. We are going to try to use it even though it is unstable so we will see how it works as a heater.

Product arrived damaged. Dented. I contacted seller and they only offered $20 off. We would like to keep product because it works but $20 off?? That’s not fair ... I recc this to my Neighboor. She just received abd it’s dented in same spot! Seller sent us rejects!

I bought this for use on our roof patio. It wasn't damaged, as appears in other reviews. Biggest issue is coverage of area advertised. Says It's supposed to be over 200 sq ft, that's a 20'x10' area. I used this recently on a night when it was 52 degrees and my children and I were seated basically beneath it--we were seated around our propane square fire pit, one on three sides with the heater at the corner between my two girls who were seated next to each other. We couldn't feel any heat from it on max setting. I think one problem may be the height--from a chair the heat source is located about 4 feet above your head. Another problem is it tips over from the wind. Make sure you fill the base with sand. Otherwise it will tip over with a breeze. Even with the base weighted, it tipped over from a 10-20 mph wind when the cover was on it. Got it for the price (which was about $50 lower than currently advertised) but it's basically a bust. It's nice top have, but pretty useless if you're expecting it to keep you warm.
