I’d been wishing for a solid grill with a high-temp glass window so I could keep an eye on BBQ meats and sides without lifting the lid and losing heat. That wish came true with this Monument 4-burner featuring a Broil Zone, the prized glass window, and plenty of functional extras for about $460. It heats up quickly, ready to cook in minutes, and the Flame-Tamers let the heat work while preventing meat drippings from causing flare-ups—a huge improvement over my old grill. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the clearest instructions I’ve seen in years, complete with every part plus extra screws. The LED knobs glow red for active burners and white for standby and can be switched off with a side button. The magnetic battery pack (4-AAs included, plus one more AA for the ignition compartment, 5 in total) sits neatly inside magnetically attached to the stainless-steel wall and out of the way. Two front doors give easy access to the propane tank, which is secured by a spring-steel holder to keep it steady while moving. The very durable grade 304 stainless-steel burners resist rust and corrosion around out this impressive package with a limited 8-year warranty. For me, this grill checked off all the boxes to make this an excellent value and a solid buy at around $459 dollars. Its footprint is reasonably small fits perfect under my awning covered patio. It gets up to a nice temperature and pretty quickly at that. The grill is easy to clean. It looks nice enough. My only beef with this product is its ability to stand up to a breeze. I’ve grilled twice with it on breezy days and both times I had to switch to broiling in my oven because the grill wouldn’t stay lit. My last grill did not do this and this grill is in the same location. I think it’s a design flaw. ... show more

This was the easiest grill installation I have ever done. The instructions are very clear and accurate. The grill is well made and very durable. Pro quality.
