It’s almost as easy as going to the gas station; the only thing really different is needing to give the pump power from the vehicle’s battery The battery leads are long enough to reach the tractor batteries without any modifications needed, and we don’t anticipate any problems. We keep the tank and pump covered with a car cover when it’s not in use, and we expect a long service life out of this pump. It’s wonderfully convenient and easy to use, and we appreciate the filter and that they included the suction pipe. We’ve needed to retrofit other models before, and/or Frankenstein them with parts and pieces. No Frankensteining needed.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this 12V fuel transfer pump, especially for those who frequently use tractors, boats, construction equipment, or have spare fuel tanks. It really saves a lot of trouble. Before buying it, I mainly wanted to solve the problem of refueling tractors and diesel equipment being too troublesome. Previously, the traditional manual method was not only slow, but also very tiring to move the fuel cans. My first impression upon receiving this pump was that the workmanship was much more solid than I expected. The metal casing and all the components don't look like cheap plastic products; it has a substantial weight in hand. Installation isn't particularly complicated either; it works after connecting to a 12V power supply. For those who enjoy DIY, it's not difficult to get started. In actual use, the 18GPM flow rate is indeed quite noticeable, and the refueling speed is much faster than before, especially for equipment with large fuel tanks, saving a lot of time. I mainly use it to transfer diesel fuel, and the overall operation is quite stable, with a fast enough suction speed. I find the automatic fuel cut-off nozzle feature very practical. I don't need to keep watching it; it automatically stops when the tank is almost full, at least preventing spills like before. The filter is a practical detail, especially when refueling at construction sites or in outdoor environments, as it reduces impurities entering the fuel tank. The pump is quite powerful when working, and there were no noticeable issues with overheating or power loss even after prolonged use. For people who frequently work outdoors, having a stable fuel delivery system is indeed very convenient. However, there are a few areas I feel could be improved. First, although it's a heavy-duty design, the operating noise is still quite noticeable, especially in quiet environments; it's not particularly quiet. Second, while the fuel lines and some connectors are usable, they don't feel as solid as the main unit. With long-term, high-frequency use, I think upgrading to better parts might be necessary later. Also, the instruction manual is rather basic; for those new to fuel pumps, installation and wiring will require some trial and error. Another point is that this type of device has considerable power, so it's sensitive to battery conditions. If the power supply is unstable, the power may occasionally feel slightly insufficient during startup. Finally, while the overall packaging was fine, the box had some dents on the corners when I received it, but fortunately, the interior was undamaged. Overall, if you frequently refuel agricultural machinery, boats, construction equipment, or fuel tanks, this 12V fuel transfer pump is definitely worth considering. Its biggest advantages are high efficiency and ease of use, and its overall build quality and power performance are significantly more reliable than many cheaper models. While there's still room for improvement in details and noise level, considering its price, flow rate, and actual user experience, I think it's already a very cost-effective fuel transfer device. At least now you don't have to slowly pour fuel from a can while refueling.

This is a really good kit for the money. I have seen these at the farm store for more money that didn’t seem as nice. This is easy to setup and use and it’s pretty powerful moves a lot of fuel fast. I got it to transfer race fuel out of barrels into gas cans for customers buying fuel and it works great. I can see where this would be great for a tank in a truck to fill farm or other equipment on a job site.

This 12V fuel transfer pump has an impressively heavy duty build quality. The nozzle feels pretty much exactly like the nozzles at the gas station and is comfortable and easy to operate because it feels familiar in the hand. The 18 GPM flow rate makes it easy to transfer larger amounts of fuel quickly too. In the US, the EPA limits regular gas station nozzles to a flow rate of 10 GPM maximum and gas stations average 5-10 GPM flow rate. The 18 GPM flow rate allows for filling up a large tractor tank or transferring to and from a large barrel much faster. The nozzle has an auto-shutoff feature like gas station nozzles and the transfer pump also has a large filter that keeps any foreign material from the storage container from making it into the fuel tank. The battery clamps make it easy to power the pump from any 12V battery. Just clamp and pump. The telescoping suction tube makes it easy to adjust for whatever fuel storage container you're using, even if you frequently switch containers. Overall this is a very heavy duty and capable fuel pump with a fast fuel flow and good safety features. It seems like a solid value for the money and I'm glad I ordered it.

I bought this to handle fueling up my tractor and excavator out in the field and it has been a huge time saver. The 18 GPM flow rate is no joke and it fills up a 40 gallon tank much faster than the old manual pump I was using. The auto shut off nozzle works exactly like it should so I dont have to worry about overflowing and wasting diesel on the ground. Setting it up to the 12V battery on my truck was simple and the cables reached just fine. The filter is a nice addition because it gives me a little more confidence that I am not putting junk into my engines. It feels heavy and well built not like some of the cheap plastic ones I have seen. Overall it has been a solid investment for my daily routine and hasnt given me any trouble after a few weeks of heavy use.
