We bought this as my mom freezes all the time and thought it would be perfect for fall to get her out daily. It lights. It heats. And then about 3 minutes later it turns off. We have followed the directions to a tee. Even tried googling and cleaning the brand new fan. Nothing worked. So we now have a useless product. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is an amazing for the 3 minutes it works. But it's not worth the trouble to do this every 5 minutes or so to keep lit ... show more
