Arrived in steel frame protected carton. Just follow directions on carton to easily unpack. Not a scratch on it! Only concern was that owner manual unclear on LED display of when battery fully charged. Goes up 20 degree inclines easily, super fast at 14+ mph.     • Ease of operation.
This scooter is not only fun to drive but its ease of operation makes it very useful. It has nice lockable storage and the charging port is readily accessible. I would buy another one when this one wears out!
