I was a little bit nervous about ordering this type of item off Amazon but I am very impressed! The quality is amazing, the belt is grippy and easy to walk on. I am recovering from a broken hip (4 separate breaks). Walking outside on concrete is too hard for me so I decided to get this. It works great, it's not to big, my furniture is a little low to the ground so it doesn't fully fit underneath anything but I find it is never in the way. My only concern is if you you struggle with balance this would not work for you. I struggled at first without having a guard rail to hold on to. If you've never walked on a walking pad before the lack of a guard rail is disorienting and makes balancing a little more difficult. Another thing to think about is this is meant for walking. If you are taller or wanting to jog/speed walk this would not work for you. Also if you have a large stride you might consider getting something longer My husband is 5'11 and his stride is large so he sometimes feels like his feet are right at the edge. ... show more

I work from home and don't get much movement during the day. I have a treadmill in the basement but it was such a pain to go down there on my lunch break. I wanted something small I could keep in my office near my desk. This is perfect! On lunch, I crank up my music, start my fitness tracker and walk 30 minutes to an hour. When the walking pad is 3 feet from my desk chair, I literally have no excuse not to get my workout in. It's also small enough that I can slide it under my dresser when I'm done. The machine was super easy to use and to arm it once I put it together when using it is great you can also use it from the mobile or connect it and television and see how you run with the more. 100% I liked its function even though it is a little narrow but it is super good.

I have found this walking pad is a good buy. The customer people are great to work with & to help with any problems. The one before I couldn't contact anyone to help with my issues with the belt. The young lady that helped with this got me back on track. I love being able to walk in the house. I work from home so this really has been beneficial factor for me ... show more

    • Purchased on a whim, now I use it every day
I used to have a large treadmill that took up way too much space, so I gave it away a year ago. I wanted to get more active again, but didn't want to pay for a gym membership, nor is it feasible to walk outside in the winter where I live. I purchased this on a whim after I saw an ad for a different (more expensive) brand. I have used it every day since the day it was delivered. It is super easy to move around, and definitely does not take up too much space. I sit at a desk all day, and I went from fewer than 1,000 steps (yikes!) to 8,600+ steps daily in less than a week. I was concerned that, because it is small, that it wouldn't be sturdy, but I both walk and run on it without any issues. It was quick and easy to go from box to first use, and I have used it every day since. The only caveat is that the walking area is not as long as a full length treadmill, so be aware of the length for those with long strides. My stride is short (I'm 5'2"), so it is perfect for me. My desk converts to a standing desk, so I'm going to try walking while I work next week. ... show more

Zero stars! Bought this on November 16 and the back roller broke into 2 pieces on December 26. Only walked on it between 50 and 100 miles total. Contacted the company and they were going to send me a return label but never heard from them again. Junk!

I purchased this for my husband who works at his desk nonstop. It has been a game changer and he's able to get well over 10,000 steps a day. It's compact so easy to store and does everything we needed it to do. I highly recommend this product.

Unfortunately the walking pad stopped working about 5 months after buying, but the customer support was very helpful and they ended up refunding me my money in full so it wasn't a bad experience overall.
