The media could not be loaded. I go thru printers in my semitruck as much as I change socks. This is my 1st thermal printer and so far it's been everything I need. Easy to use, durable, print quality is crisp, the portable size is perfect for my limited space and best of all, no more Ink or toner to buy! Connecting is pretty straightforward as with anything else that's Bluetooth. It comes with 3 rolls of paper, it claims to print 100 pages per roll and it's pretty accurate estimate. I almost want to get an extra one for my car 🙂! Great value too!

I work at a jail and I am in and out. This gives me a way to print things while in there that I may have forgotten. The rolls are a pain because they curl up. But….it works well. It has kept a charge and never ran out. I do not have a time frame on that. the prints look good. The paper feels weird because of what we ar use to using. It is a bit of a clunker and a case would be nice to have been included. I will purchase one off market. I want to try individual pieces of thermal paper. I do not like having to tear it off like it’s a piece of aluminum foil. No color if you’re wondering just black and white. The app works well, no connection issues for me. Your have to click connect each time you use the app but it connects fast.

The media could not be loaded. I like the price point of this printer and its compact size. It seems to work pretty well, its a minor hassle using the app I wish it was possible to use this printer as a normal printer without the app. Using this with your phone you have to upload the document/ picture you are printing onto the app and print from there. Also it's adjustable, but you need to trim your margins if you don't want to waste any paper. Also I chose the roll paper due to convenience, but it is aggravating to print a document and cut the paper correctly. (Multiple pages) Once it is all printed you have to unroll it like a pirates map. Also the paper looks and feel like a receipt from CVS.

This works pretty good only downfall I can say about it is a couple loops. You have to go through to print things from different devices, and the paper is rolled up, so you have to flatten it. Other than that, it’s great for when you need something right away, and I found one of my tattoos from the stencils that they have.

This is perfect for what I need. We don’t print a lot and I’m tired of huge oversized printers collecting dust. After my last huge canon died I decided to go portable and I’m so happy I did. I pulled this printer out of the box, connected it to my phone & then laptop all via Bluetooth (also comes w USB cable). I downloaded the app necessary and printed a test page. Set up took less than 5 min.

First the print quality only up to 203 dpi, not 300 dpi, you can visually see the quality lower than other printers so that is false statement on the print quality. I followed the exact steps to install the driver, can only use roll paper, could not use folded paper as it always stuck after print the first page, wasted money as I purchased folded paper and could not use, sent several emails to support email but no response from support.

The media could not be loaded. IMPRESSIVE !!! For my purposes it’s perfect. I print occasional return labels, ironically for Amazon! Ha! Sometimes permission slips and waivers for my 6 year olds activities. I don’t really print volumes that would require a bigger printer! So if you are like me need a quick print, no space and don’t want to spend money on ink this is my go to printer. I did some research before I bought this one and what I like about this particular brand is that you can buy any of the three types of thermal paper roll flat individual sheets of flat connected sheet. Also, it prints 35 pages a minute. Many other printers print 10 to 15 pages a minute which is very slow and only use roll paper or one type of paper. Do you research but this one works for me for my needs. Hope this helps.
