As an older person using this, it was fine. Great pruner as this is why I bought it. It is used for the branches too thick for a small manual pruner. Otherwise, I would have to use a manual saw. I have used it extensively with no problems. Comes with a spare chain, oil, brush, 2 batteries, instructions, and charger. Bought this for myself for Christmas and it's been great. Used it on some mesquite (hardwood) and it cuts like a hot knife to butter. Battery lasts a long time that I haven't had to use the 2nd included battery yet. It's light weight and survived my use of it which is a plus. Happy with my gift!

This mini chainsaw is well made and comes with an extra battery. The battery lasts a quite a while. It cuts great through small branches. It’s easy to use and is the 3rd one that I purchased. I love mine so much that I gave them as gifts. This one has an additional safety feature too.

This mini chain saw is excellent, not only was I able to trim the tree shown in the picture, I also cut a 6" palm tree trunk. The whole set is excellent, it has two batteries, two chains, amongst other accessories, and of course the price is right.

This product is wonderful for every thing from bushes to tree limbs so easy to use no pull string to start it just add the battery and go battery last about 20 minutes but it comes with a second battery so when dies plug it in charger and use battery #2 it’s so easy bought one for my son who is a Handyman and he said he has it in back seat ready to go at all times thank you for such a wonderful product ... show more

The chainsaw is great for trimming the shrubbery. It is lightweight and easy to use. It came with 2 batteries. One works great and one doesn't work at all even though it was charged before attempting to use. The green charge light is on but it doesn't work.

I ordered this for my Mom for Christmas. She loves how easy it is to use. It helps her keep her yard tidy. Her only complaint is it wouldn’t cut through larger pieces. Might be user error though! The case it came in is great to keep everything organized.
