OK, I am a vacuum concierge, (not officially)but I do have quite the collection of vacuums. This is one of my favorites!! It's easy to pull around and the suction is awesome. It has 3 attachments and they are conveniently stored in a compartment on the vacuum!! That was a genius idea. Another genius must've designed the power cord too. I rarely go out of my way to write these reviews but this vacuum deserves the recognition. It is without a doubt the best vacuum I have ever owned. Every single feature is useful. This vacuum is pretty great, though it leaves a few things to be desired. For the strengths, it has very good suction power, it has a large dust bag and stores a lot of dust, and is very easy to use. The easy coil power cord is helpful as well. The reason I am giving it four stars is because it doesn’t have anything included to help store the hose, so it sits awkwardly in the closet or wherever it’s stored. Second is it doesn’t include any additional dust bags which I think would be a nice addition. ... show more

I love this vacuum. The floor attachment is very soft and gentle on my hardwood floors - which is important to me as I don’t want them to be scratched. I prefer a canister vacuum since pushing a heavy upright around is too much work. This is the best canister vacuum I have ever used. The head swivels in convenient ways, it has great power, and it's easy to switch between the carpet head and the floor head. Amazon has not protected its customers from vendors who sell a Vacuum cleaners to the public . The vacuum cleaner can not be register and get a free 3 Year warranty because this product is from Canada! They should offer me a free 3 year protection plan for allowing this to happen. Amazon is suppose to protect and informing its customers , instead the point fingers at each other, the vendor points to Amazon, and Amazon to the vendor. I am problem going to cancel my prime account as I feel unprotected and mislead.
