Purchased these on sale and I have to say I'm shocked at the quality. I wanted to move away from Teflon and other forever chemical type pans but didn't want to spend a gzillion dollars to transition. So, when I found these I thought I'd give them a try. They seem to distribute heat evenly and I have to say it's taking me a little time to get used to the sides of the pans above the cooking area reacting to liquid splashing up. The handles are warmer toward the pot but definitely don't get so hot at the "carry" end that I need a potholder or anything. ... show more
