The furniture arrived in one single box and although I was skeptical that it could all fit in one box, everything was there neatly labeled and packaged. It’s a little difficult to assemble but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It took me about an hour to put it all together and the results are amazing. The furniture is durable and the fasteners have high quality threads that line up perfectly in each mating piece. The cushions are well made. The fabric colors are vivid and seating is comfortable. With this being a budget choice, I couldn’t be happier with this 5-piece rattan patio set! From the moment it arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The packaging was secure, and assembly was surprisingly easy – all tools included, and the instructions were ok (or set up isn't too hard). The chairs are super sturdy yet lightweight, and the cushions are thick, comfortable, and seem very durable. I love the modern rattan design – it adds a stylish, cozy vibe to our backyard. We’ve already spent several evenings relaxing outside, and every guest has complimented the look and comfort. Also worth mentioning: the materials feel high quality and weather-resistant. We've had a few light rains and everything dried quickly without any issues. The glass-top table is a nice touch and easy to clean. Overall, this is an excellent value for the price. Highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade your outdoor space!

Purchased 2 of these sets. Had a few small issues but customer service was really good and addressed them in a timely manner. I am very happy with the outcome. Set was easy to assemble / looks good / great chair size for my deck / comfortable to sit in . Would recommend to buy

I don't even know how to begin. So I ordered this set from Tangkula, when I first got it I thought they sent me the wrong color, but it was my mistake. I had it in the garage and the lighting wasn't very good so I thought they sent me the wrong color. Of coarse I apologized for my mistake. So then my son started to put it together for me. Everything was together except one of the ottomans. There was a piece missing to attach the cushion to the ottoman, so the cushions wouldn't blow away. It's called a Toggle Button. I notified the company Tangkula to let them know. The first thing they said was, how about we give you $25.00 and you fix it yourself. I told them I could not do this, that I was a 70 yr. old woman disabled and couldn't do this myself. That I would like them to send me another piece. Tangkula wanted me to send them pictures and I did. They told me they could order me another piece but it would take about a month because it was out of stock. I told them I had already started putting it together when I had discovered the missing piece. We checked all the pieces before we started putting it together but it was a button on the ottoman that was missing, not the piece you actually put the ottoman together with. I told them that if the piece doesn't come in a month we might re-visit this issue. The very next day I get a message from Tangkula saying good news. The warehouse just informed me that they could take the part out of another box and send it to me. I don't know why they didn't say that at first. So they send me a new tracking number and it will be sent to me in 2 days. It will take 7-10 days for delivery. I told them that I was so excited and I can't wait. I tracked the package a few days later and Fed X said they created a label but waiting on package to be sent to them. So I contacted Tangkula and gave them this information and the next thing I hear from Tangkula was. The warehouse manager and customer service manager said they cannot open a box and send me the part I need because it is against company policy. Then they said they would send me $30.00 for good will gesture. But then they said they would send me a prepd. label to return the furniture and issue the full amt. back to me. And then they will send me another set. At that point I just couldn't take it anymore so I called Amazon. Amazon contacted them and told them I really want that part sent to me. Next thing I know they said they would send me the part and they would also give me a $50.00 credit too. I did fail to mention, I had contacted Amazon twice before to let them know about the missing pieces ( thought they sent me the wrong color and about the piece that was missing on the ottoman) This whole thing took about a little over a month to get straightened out. I thought you should know.

I really like this patio set. It looks great on my patio and is comfortable for relaxing outside. My favorite part is the ottomans — they make it easy to put my feet up and relax. The glass coffee table also makes the whole set look more stylish and high-end. Overall, very happy with it.

Went together pretty easily, make sure not to fully tighten until the chairs are complete or some of the holes won't line up. If you are a large person you might find these small but I'm 5' 8" and they are a good size for me. Overall good quality, doesn't feel cheap. There are much more expensive sets in this style but for the price I'm happy with these. The table is a good size too although I wish it had a shelf. Customer service was also great. I couldn't find the directions so I found the phone number and to my surprise a person answered and was able to look up my order and email a pdf of the directions. However I did find the directions, they were in the slot of one of the back pieces.
