Generally speaking, if two people work together and carefully follow the instructions step by step, it can be completed in less than an hour. We also are willing to provide help anytime. How to transfer heat better? For smoking, charcoal is typically placed only in the side chamber, where the heat is transferred to the main chamber. The charcoal capacity for the side chamber is 1.5 lbs at most. For grilling, no more than 4.4 lbs is better for the main part. Does it have a temperature gauge? Yes. the offset smoker has a built-in standing temperature gauge that indicates temperature changes instantly and is positioned away from the grill body for durability. We also provide service if any other parts arrive damaged. What is the offset smoker made of? As for the cooking grates & warming rack, it is made of porcelain-enameled cast iron. The main body and lid is a kind of heavy-duty steel construction for better heat preservation. Does it come with a cover? No, the smoker grill does not come with a cover included. Cover it when not in use, especially during rain or humid seasons. If storing for winter, ensure it's completely dry first and kept in a covered area. 2 wheels design is easy to move inside. Haven't used it yet, assume it'll work fine. Regarding assembly... I'm not that handy, though I've assembled a lof of furniture and the like. Did it alone, took me at least five hours spread over a couple of days. I was able to follow the visual instructions, though I had to squint at them a lot, but I'd say an hour of the time was spent figuring things out and finding things. The components are not labeled, as I've seen with other products. Most annoying is the collection of nuts and bolts, which are in a package that's a pain to get open. You need to do it very carefully so you don't drop anything or tear the number labels. Mainly, the visual instructions just give you a letter for the nut or bolt, and you have to constantly flip pages of the manual back and forth to find what the letter represents, then find the thing in the not all that helpful package with the small print. I'm amazed I didn't lose anything. The last thing I assembled like this, every size of nut and bolt came in its own little clearly labeled package, and the instructions took you right there. Finally, there's a certain amount of things you just have to figure out for yourself. I thought I was two bolts short on a handle, according to the instructions, then discovered that the bolts were built into the handle. Etc. Otherwise, so far I'm pleased with it. ... show more

I am extremely impressed with the MFSTUDIO Heavy Duty Charcoal Wood Offset Smoker Grill! Right from the packaging, I could tell this was a high-quality product. Everything was well-protected, and the materials feel very sturdy and durable. Assembly does take some time, but all the steps are clearly written in the manual, making the process manageable. Once set up, the grill looks incredibly heavy-duty and built to last. The 512 sq. in. cooking space provides plenty of room for grilling, and the offset smoker works great for slow smoking meats. It holds heat well, and the airflow control makes it easy to manage temperatures. After using it a few times, I can confidently say this grill delivers excellent results! Terrible product The paint is melting and landing on my meat so I can’t use the cooker .. Also it’s falling on my patio so I have to pressure wash the paint. The paint only lasted 10 times I cooked.

All 3 cooking plates arrived with chips and cracks in the enamel and the door for the actual grill had a large scratch and was already rusted. I am requesting spare parts from the vendor. I do not want to return this as the rest of the grill actually seems quite sturdy and in my opinion will be a good smoker. ... show more

I love this grill! It was delivered to us very fast, but it was raining last weekend so we didn’t have a chance to try it out until this weekend! And it turned out to be one of the best grill that I owned! I love how convenient and easy this grill is, it comes with wheels and easy to assemble, but in very good quality! I love how this comes with both side of grate, and both of them can be used for grilling and smoking! It’s very convenient to have the side door as it can be used for air vent and easy refill charcoal! The lid is very handy as well while reduce heat loss, which is very helpful for us to grill fast and control the heat as we wish easily! We had a great time hanging out with friends while enjoying some great BBQ! Will definitely grill more often and recommend this grill to everyone who are looking for one! ... show more
