I have had this hose for a few days now. It is approximately a quarter inch in diameter as opposed to my big 3/8 super heavy commercial hoses that I use here on the ranch. Very light and easy to manage. Does not tangle and aggravate like commercial hose does. The water flow and volume is significantly lower due to the fact that the hose is smaller in diameter. I use this 100ft. stainless steel hose, to water the plants on the back patio, wash the car, sprayed down the horses when it’s hot outside. When I don’t need the large, bulky, heavy commercial grade hoses. Connect to, and will run all of my hose end sprinklers with optimum performance. They are all low flow anyhow. Will have to wait and see about durability. But for the light duty gardener, this is perfect. Good price. Quality fit and finish, very nice. Happy I purchased…! ... show more

I loved the hose until the nozzle started leaking terribly and small leaks along the entire hose started. It was literally 2 days after the deadline to return (so, one month and 2 days) that this started. I emailed the company last week and still haven't heard anything. Surely the hose has a warranty longer than one month. It would be a wonderful hose if it lasted longer than a month. **Edit** Changing my review from 2 stars to 4. The company contacted me shortly after my first review and requested photos and videos of the problem I had with the hose. They sent a new one right away and this one has held up so far. I really like this hose. Only problem is it is metal, so when you coil it up you do get the metal smell. But my hands are usually dirty/messy anyway. So washes out. The other thing is, if you are going to be taking the hose on and off spigot. It is possible the fitting my eventually warp. It feels a little light. Otherwise definitley would recommend this hose. I love this hose since it is easy to move due to being lightweight, and it’s smooth and so glides easily. I didn’t give 5 stars because it’s a foot shorter than advertised, which creates a challenge.

I switched to the expandable water hoses a few years ago. Well, that was a bust. Knots, holes constantly getting tangled and snagged on things about drove me to insanity. So I bought this hose to try. Why didn’t someone think of this design earlier? It’s, lightweight, rolls up beautifully on the holder, doesn’t kink or get caught on things and best of all no leaks or tears, even after my wife ran over it with the car and I hit it with the weed whacker. This hose will last a long time and I’m planning on replacing my other expandable hoses with this hose when they inevitably fail. ... show more
