The media could not be loaded. We received the treadmill right on time, easy assembly, easy instructions but there was a problem. We turned it on and it was EXTREMELY Loud! After further inspection it had 2 bolts broken in the motor. We contacted the company, sent pictures & videos, they called us, refunded $50 back & sent a new motor which we got pretty quickly & it was so easy to put on. Now the treadmill is quiet, and the performance is amazing! We truly appreciate their quick response & solution. Great company & great product 👍 ... show more

The stride is short and the belt is not very wide. I am 5’11” and about 265. The belt needs adjustment right out of the box because each step seems to slip. The panel is very low but still useful and easy to read…but it does switch the readout between all of the measurements. It doesn’t have the ability to stay on one reading such as distance or time. I’m really enjoying this machine, I’ve had it and used it for 2 weeks, not only for weight loss, but more for strengthening my body, I’ve sat in my recliner since Covid hit and I could hardly walk, I started at 5 minutes and I’m up to 6 minutes 15 seconds, I know that doesn’t sound like much but that’s a biggie for me at this point, plus it didn’t cost me a arm and leg. I bought this treadmill December 9, 2023. It did not work properly. I went through the normal process of return. They told me to return it pay for it and I will be reimbursed. I’m still waiting for my $203 and some change.

I’m 75 and my last treadmill provided almost 20 years of excellent service before it stopped working and would have been too expensive to repair. I needed to replace it and while this product was financially in reach for me, I wish I would have saved and purchased a different treadmill even if more expensive. The reasons for my dissatisfaction are as follows: 1) The operators manual is poorly translated into english and many of the instructions aren’t explained at all. 2) The handles are not rigid and will move forward or backward while using the treadmill. This is a very poor design. 3) The user must manually raise or lower the treadmill and I believe, it is possible for the machine to suddenly drop. 4) I wish I knew how to use the programs but since it’s not explained, I only manually adjust the speed. ... show more
