This walking treadmill is just right for when it’s too cold, too hot or just too late to be outside. Easy set up. plug and play. Small enough to be inconspicuous even when it’s not under the couch. The belt is pre oiled but if one wants to add a little extra a small bottle of belt oil has been provided. An Allen wrench is also included in case you need to center the belt. I was so excited to get this treadmill and I was so sad to see that I am not able to run on it. This is truly a walking pad. Definitely does not go the speed I wanted it to. The incline is minimal and this was a bummer to me. It is also a little noisy. It’s small and expensive. While it appears to work well, I’d rather walk outside. The media could not be loaded. Buy this one! Two months in, I’m enjoying walking on 3.0. It goes up to 3.8. I have only walked a few minutes on the highest setting. I’m building up to it! Buy two so you can sync up with your friend or workout partner. Use one remote so they’re in sync. Use an online treadmill video and walk around the world with this thing! Enjoy!! Smaller and compact so it doesn't take up too much room. I basically keep the speed on the 2nd level and watch tv while walking what I feel like I'm up to that day. I would recommend this item. For me, it does it's job!
