I have been wanting to purchase a home treadmill for the last few years, but due to the sizes, weight and cost factors, haven't been able to until now. Before I bought this treadmill, I read all the posted reviews, looked at the videos and concluded that I was going to buy it and I'm happy to say, I am thrilled with it!! Solid construction, according to my partner, easy assembly, side rails which are a must for me as I am handicapped and in my mid sixties, ease of use, concise information on how to utilize all it has to offer for your fitness and health! Prior to purchasing it, I was concerned about how much absorption the padding would offer, even when I saw it, still worried But, it's very comfortable! As I am unable to jog or run, my partner does and he's 6'1' and he doesn't have any issues with it. I've been using almost daily, utilizing the many features it has and am so pleased that I chose this treadmill. I don't agree with some of the posted reviews, one being it's loud or noisy. I am going to post a video so you will be able to judge for yourself, perhaps the oil that is provided to lubricate it wasn't enough?? It's going to make some noise because you're walking on it, but all things considered, it's quiet, so I don't agree with that statement. Mine is for now, on my bedroom carpet so maybe it will be louder if on a floor, but I purchased a mat for it to protect the treadmill, my carpet or flooring. Haven't put it underneath yet, so we'll see what will happen to the sound. Maybe that would help. Room acoustics probably plays a role too, I don't know. The size is ideal, it's perfect for the space. But having said that, I do wish the tread was 1 to 2 feet longer, a little shorter once you're on it, than it looks. Also, the tread could be a bit wider, but I haven't had any problems with the sizes at all!! It sounds peculiar to state that, but it folds upward so... Regarding the folding feature, it doesn't fold completely flat against the front of the treadmill which I am disappointed in. The speed is very good, the incline okay. This treadmill has checked ally boxes and I highly recommend it! Hopefully it will remain in great condition for a long time

Took 30 mins to setup. It fits through the door when moving around the house. Pretty solid. Auto incline excellent. Tread was pretty tight. Kinda narrow though i kept stepping on the side. All buttons self explanatory easy. Download the app. Signup. Connect to machine and explore. It works!!!! I like it! I ran the new york scene 5k on my ipad. Awesome. The app connectivity is exactly what i was looking for, only complaint i have is its kinda narrow. I shoulda got the 18 inch at least but i just be careful and its a good machine! I hope it lasts!!!!!!!

I received the MERACH T12 treadmill on 1/14. PROs: quality, ease of assembly, size, arrived 1 day early and the packaging met all of my expectations. CONs: the functionality of the display is ambiguous and misleading there isn’t any useful information inside of the owners manual. I have not received an answer on how to view the app scenic workouts etc. on the machine’s 10inch built in display (see pics) I emailed customer service, called customer service (be aware if you call it is voicemail only no live person) and still received no response. I joined the Merach Facebook group, no info. The MERACH app is clunky and there is a fee to upgrade, not sure if the upgrade is needed in order for the display features to kick in..again the app doesn’t say and the app itself is not user friendly along with being somewhat archaic. I am using Apple fitness on my television and my Apple Watch because neither MERACH or the other two compatible apps work correctly. The other two compatible apps will not connect although it says the machine is connected. Hopefully, MERACH will reply to customers, update the app and clearly explain the features. Here is the thing if the treadmill Bluetooth capability for the display is limited then just say so don’t leave it for interpretation and time consuming consumer research. The treadmill is still worth the buy without the bait and switch. Rating is 4 stars maybe 3.5 stars for lack of transparency.

I received my new treadmill yesterday afternoon via FedEx. Exceptional delivery! The gentleman was wonderful he carried it all the way to my front door with a genuine smile and helpful conversation along the way. So first I've got to give kudos to that kind of customer service! !!!! Taking it out of the box for transport to your desired location worked for me. I could carry it. Once I unwrapped the box which was very easy. literally the top comes right off once you clip the cords holding the box together. I'm 66 years old and I was able to carry it to the location I desired. Granted I had to put it down several times and then carry it but it wasn't that hard. I could have used a dolly but I wanted to be extra careful maneuvering it through the different rooms. I love the compact version. It fit perfectly in a narrow space in my bedroom. I had already measured everything out and even had a little more room because I added an inch for either side. Assembly very easy! You have to remember though to lower the actual treadmill running pad to the floor first. Push the bar under the pad in with your foot so that it automatically goes down to the floor. Once that's done just put in the different bolts following the instructions, with the Allen wrenches that are all included and you're done in about an hour or less. The quality of this treadmill is very sturdy and solid appears exceptional very safe. I ran already 4 miles after assembly and it was perfect! I'll give an update after 6 months to see if it's still As Good. So far I'm really excited.
