My husband has been using this product for years! We recently moved to an area where the stores don’t carry the product so I looked online and he says that it’s cheaper on Amazon than in the store. He loves how the product holds his hair all day. He doesn’t even need to fix it during the day. It’s not gel so it doesn’t feel hard, it just holds the hair together. I wanted to get through most of the tub before writing a review. I liked certain aspects of it, but ultimately there are more cons that will stop me from buying more. I bought this on a whim as the usual styling paste I used had changed their formula and was more expensive (Bedhead Matte paste) but I'll be going back to that. Pros: - Great scent - Holds well with just a small amount - Matte, which is great as I prefer no shine - Great value for price and amount received Cons: - There is an ingredient in this that makes my scalp very itchy as the day progresses. It ultimately caused some itchy bumps, which is why I am no longer continuing with this product. I have never had an issue with itchiness with any other paste I have used. I have included a photo of the ingredients as no where on this product page do they list them out. - Contrary to their claims, this does not wash out easily. It left my hair feeling waxy and needing to be washed out with shampoo several times to get out completely. (Which nullifies my cost savings if I'm needing to wash it out with more shampoo) - It seems to prevent lathering of shampoo, often times just causing the shampoo to absorb all the water and wash off while still leaving the paste on your hair.

I’ve tried other hair gels and they just didn’t work. They either left my hair too brittle or made it look so greasy like I just went dumpster diving. I was frustrated with them so I ended up buying this because I was at wits end. And let me tell you. It’s awesome. My hair stays in place all day, it doesn’t feel brittle, it doesn’t look unordinary. Now it does take a bit of experimenting to figure out how much your hair does need since everyone else’s hair is different. I have thinner and long hair so it took a moment to figure out the right amount to apply. Price wise, it isn’t terrible. It usually lasts me about a month so I’m content with it.

Your hair feels super oily after this product application and smell is really bad also. You’re better of not buying this. Amazon won’t let you return this product also.
