Im 71 year old female needing treadmill to get back in shape im 5’ 10 267 lbs this past year i had lost 35 lbs which im very happy. So i bought this treadmill and im very happy with this one. It has everything i need on it the belt us 19 by 49 and it fits me just fine. I dont run in it but as i lose weight i will will be able to the incline is unbelievable but at this time i do nit use it. Im a beginner. It really feels good to my body it folds up and stands in the corner. I dont need to move it much but does has wheels to move. I love the bluetooth speakers the loudness is perfect for me. My son is 6’2 and he enjoys it too. The price is great. Ive had many treadmills in my life time and this one is the best.

Well made treadmill at a decent price. It was almost completely assembled. There are wheels to move it but the treadmill is pretty heavy - which probably adds to the sturdiness and quality. Definitely recommend!!

We received our treadmill in a broken box with materials that looked to be previously opened and used. with missing directions. We put the treadmill together anyway. On the first use, the display board would blink, and then the treadmill would shut off. We reached out to MERACH, and they said they would ship a new display board. They mentioned the part would take three weeks and gave us a tracking number. About two weeks in, the tracking number was deleted, and we no longer had a way to track the item. We called MERACH again and emailed, but never heard from them or were able to reach a person. We then reached out to Amazon and are now returning it.

Recieved the product package severally damaged, and when I assembled it I found the side bar on the left side had a big dent in it. So far it seems to be working properly inspite of this. Also updates for delivery was poor at best. Merchant may want to use a different delivery company. Update ... after i was contacted by Merach's customer service i had to update my rating. The resolve was switch and their response to my issue left me completely satisfied. Thank you AIMEE.

The box was severely damaged, now nothing seemed to be wrong with the product, but the screen does not display the correct distance. It starts at 1 mile and when it gets to 2 the number is cut off. Nice treadmill, and I don't want to replace the whole thing because it's a hassle to move. Just replacing the screen would suffice, but there isn't an option for that. Everything has been taken care of with a replacement. I will discard or donate the defective treadmill.
