This has been such a good waterslide for our kids. When we first got it two days later the blower stopped working so the company sent us an all new waterslide with the blower. We sent the old one back and they paid for shipping back to them. It was very easy and the customer service was caring. This slide has held up between a lot of kids. Ages range from 3-15 the heaviest kid being 160lbs. It’s very easy to set up and it’s not super heavy. This is a definite good value for your money if your looking for something that’s going to pay for itself and your kids will have endless fun.

A huge hit with the kids. We bought it last year when they were 3, 4, & 5. After countless uses last summer and a winter in storage, this summer essential is still going strong. The pump works great. We’ve had no tears, holes, or tubing issues. Set up takes about 5mins to inflate and fill with water. Putting it away is pretty easy too. Turn off your hose, stand on the pool edge to drain the water, turn off the pump, dump the remaining water into your yard, roll up / fold the castle, and store in a wheelbarrow. So worth the money. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

The bounce house only stayed up for 45 minutes before the motor quit. We had toddlers on it when it came down, there was no reason why it should have broke. There is a basketball hoop but no ball. We had 5 very upset toddler and a bunch of frustrated parents. This was supposed to be a fun day for our kids and it was a disappointment, and not at a low price either.

My daughter absolutely loves it!! It has a couple design flaws. The sides of the slides should go all the way down. My daughter has slide right out. But she loves and uses i everyday.

Just great, a lot of fun for the kids

I have now had this for almost 6 months. I love it so much we’ve used it around 15 times with a ton of kids even a 13 year old who is probably 150 pounds. I’ve gone it myself with my little one and it’s held the test of time! It’s ideal for aged 3-8 I would say but I have a 1 year old who absolutely adores it and calls it her bounce bounce. I’ve taken it to friends parties for there kids and had no issues. It overheated one time but I am in an extremely hot state and it had been going for a while. It inflated very fast and for me I think it’s pretty big. Not as big as I expected but still very large and plenty for about 5-7 kids. It’s easy to set up but take down can be a big hassle. It’s wet and covered in grass I have to hose it down then let it sit for awhile and I cannot for the life of me get it back in that bag lol. I put it in a giant storage bin instead. So I only set it up when I’m free to take it down 24 hours later when it’s dry and clean. Edit to add: I’ve now had 5 big kids on the bounce house at once ages 10-16 and it didn’t pop! I thought for sure it was a goner when I went out and saw the teens on it 😅😅😅

The pool area is not as long as the measurements show and there is not as much "landing pad" area when the kids slide down. My 7 year old daughter catapolts off of the slide into the "water gun" or off of the bounce house entirely. The hard plastic attachment of the water hose attached to the water slide is directly eye level when they reach the bottom of the slide. She has been injured multiple times and we just set it up. Will be returning.
