I received the MERACH T12 treadmill on 1/14. PROs: quality, ease of assembly, size, arrived 1 day early and the packaging met all of my expectations. CONs: the functionality of the display is ambiguous and misleading there isn’t any useful information inside of the owners manual. I have not received an answer on how to view the app scenic workouts etc. on the machine’s 10inch built in display (see pics) I emailed customer service, called customer service (be aware if you call it is voicemail only no live person) and still received no response. I joined the Merach Facebook group, no info. The MERACH app is clunky and there is a fee to upgrade, not sure if the upgrade is needed in order for the display features to kick in..again the app doesn’t say and the app itself is not user friendly along with being somewhat archaic. I am using Apple fitness on my television and my Apple Watch because neither MERACH or the other two compatible apps work correctly. The other two compatible apps will not connect although it says the machine is connected. Hopefully, MERACH will reply to customers, update the app and clearly explain the features. Here is the thing if the treadmill Bluetooth capability for the display is limited then just say so don’t leave it for interpretation and time consuming consumer research. It would be cool if it was like 4 inches wider. Our shoes tend to run on the outer guards. However, the makers/sellers want you to be happy. It’s so convenient and well built that we were surprised by the quality. Also, would be nice if we could hook up to the screen to watch movies or something but for the price, we are very happy with this purchase. Incline? Meh. Nothin to brag about.     • Making noise after only 5 months
*Edit* Company reached to solve the issue and is sending a new motor. I hope it’ll fix the issue. Company is amazing! And for that I’ll be changing to 5 stars. Treadmill was perfect except after only 5 months of use it’s now making a noise once it’s turned on. Still seems to work ok but the noise is alarming and afraid it’ll cause more damage if used. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy set up, very fast delivery. Works great so far. Good height compared to commercial sized treadmills. Reaches at hip for 5’4” tall female. I received shipment of a Merach MR-T12B1US treadmill October 2024. Unpacked the box and discovered that the treadmill was shipped with NO display screen, NO touchpad, NO serial number, NO safety warning labels, and NO instruction manual. I contacted Merach with pictures of the defective treadmill and they promised to ship me a replacement treadmill as soon as they received the defective treadmill which I had to ship back to them at my own expense. So basically a non-functional 101 pound doorstop. It was a real time-consuming pain in the posterior to repack the 101 pound treadmill which also cost me $185 out of pocket, (the least expensive FedEx ground rate), to ship from Minnesota to East Coast. Long story short, Merach customer service was dismal. They promising to ship me a replacement treadmill, and kept “elevating” the claim higher up the customer service chain but nothing happened except empty promises over the course of a month after they received notice of the defective treadmill including two weeks after receiving it back at their warehouse. I ended up going back to Amazon for a full refund, which came as part credit card refund and part Amazon gift credit. So props to Amazon for covering Merach’s poor quality control and crummy customer service. Buyer beware! ... show more
