My cat is terribly picky and has previously never been convinced to even step INTO another automatic litter box. After reading reviews for this one, I decided to give it a try. He used it the first day! I was ecstatic, and it had cut down on litter maintenance making my life much easier. I have found that a combination of normal clumping litter like Purina mixed with a bit of tapioca cat litter works best to clump up and lessen mess. My cat pees like a racehorse, so he needs something super absorbent and the addition of the tapioca in the litter forms dryer clumps faster, keeping the litter from sticking to the rake. The size is just right and the features on the app make cleaning the box out and managing litter routines a breeze. Super simple to use and efficient, if a little louder than I expected. For the value though, it's perfect! I highly recommend

Quiet self clean little box. Built in good quality. Perfect size for large cat. Very easy to download App and setup on cellphone. Just need to make sure using clumping cat litter such as bentonite or mineral cat litter, not tofu cat litter. It is make less work clean the little box and reduce odors.

i really liked this litter box. it had some minor issues, but after 4.5 months it broke. the first two months of using it went fine. my only issues were the waste bin filling quickly. this only takes 1.5/2 days with my 2 cats. when the waste bin is full, clumps can get caught in the rake and dragged back through the litter, or when you remove the waste bin, they'll fall into the receptacle which is so awkward to clean. however, if you set a reminder to empty or just have 1 cat, this really shouldn't be an issue. my next issue was that it would dump clean litter into the waste bin every so often, it wouldnt empty much, but enough for me to feel like it was wasteful. this seems to happen at random, no matter how full the box is with litter, or it its clean or dirty. these were really my only issues, the box is pretty quiet and does well with odors as long as you empty your bin and give everything a wipe down every couple weeks. however, around a month ago, i noticed my litter rake was sitting almost at an angle. it was hardly enough to notice, and it wasn't affecting scooping or anything so i figured i'd just keep an eye on it. well, around a week ago, i came home to find it sitting at a much more severe angle. i contacted support because i knew this was only going to get worse, and no response. it was getting stuck on the second rake that sits on the waste bin, and was not scooping as well as it had. as of today, the rake no longer scoops properly. it rakes through the litter, but now it just hovers over the waste bin and doesn't dump into it. it hovers, then slides back and dumps all the waste it just scooped into the box. i've tried all the trouble shooting available on their website. i'm really disappointed this happened, as even with the minor issues it had, i still liked it much more than manually scooping, and my cats definitely enjoyed having a clean box every time they used it. i was even going to purchase a different box from this same company, but now i'm reluctant to do so.

We have 3 cats and have had a different automated cat litter box in the past that finally quit on us. We have 3 litter boxes and they are all using this one more than the others. So far, this one does trigger everytime it gets used to clean after the cat. It is not as noisy as our last one when cleaning, but there is a little noise which is to be expected. Our litter bin fills up quickly with 3 cats using it and it sends reminders to empty the bin as it gets full. We are having to empty it daily or it stops cleaning as well once it gets about 1/2 full. The litter pan itself is shallow with lower walls. Our cats haven't been messy in the past, but they are getting litter outside the box regularly now so much that I moved a dustpan and broom to stay next to the box. We've also noticed the odor from the litterbox more right after they use it because they can't cover it as well. It's fine for an additional litter box, but with the mess they are making I probably would look for one with higher walls if this one ever stops working.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this automatic self-cleaning litter box for a couple of months, and it works well. What I really appreciate is the thoughtful design. The cleaning mechanism mimics how a person would scoop litter: the rake moves all the way to the end, pushes waste into the trash bin, then moves back and scoops again to make sure everything is collected thoroughly. This makes the cleaning feel more complete than other automatic litter boxes I’ve tried. The attached video shows this design in action. It was recorded before I started using the litter box—now it’s a bit dirty, so I thought it would be better to show it clean. One improvement I’d like to see is a fully enclosed design. That way, I wouldn’t need to stand nearby to make sure my cat doesn’t try to use it while it’s cleaning.
