This item was perfect for my install. I love how I could plug in another set at the end. When I plug in the other set, the lights do not dim, meaning, the power is consistent. Also, I stepped on the bulbs a couple times and thankfully they are not glass or brittle plastic. I’m curious how the color of the plastic wall hold up overtime. Anyway, for the price and thickness of the wires, I am very happy with the install, of course, when, using my staple gun, I’ve pierced the wire, at least 20 times, thinking that I would restrict the current, somehow; but they are bright as when I tested them out of the box Just like the other reviewer, said, you’ll think that some of the bulbs are burnt out or defective, but they are just simply loose, just give a nice quarter turn and they’ll be fine. I had no defective bulbs. Finally, a seller that sells patio lights that are actually durable and look great as well. What a nice surprise, I had about 5 to 7 extra bulbs at the bottom of my box! I installed these on our screen porch near the ceiling. They are bright, iight, look good and are easy to install. We got some clear plastic adhesive backed wire holder things to hold them up. Then a dimmer to lower the brightness to accomodate changing light conditions. They appear to be excellent. However the listed length is a bit off because the lights cover about 21-22 feet and the final 2 feet are the wire to the plug at one end and a foot to the connector to another string at the other end. We used an extension cord from the lights to the wall mounted outlet and hid it behind a corner cabinet on the porch. Recommended. ... show more

We ordered multiple sets. While they were kiiinda difficult to get untangled, they strung up beautifully. We have 10 of the light post planters, that we strung them up on, and along our fence. We had over 30 ft between each side of the eyehooks that we wrapped them around, and zig zagged them between each of the ten planter posts, so they’re extremely light weight. So no need for a metal wire! We only needed two sets of the 150 ft for this project. The planters on either side were spaced a little over 6 ft apart. It has an outlet on the other end for a second set to be plugged into. We really enjoyed the amount of light brought in from them. The main purpose we purchased them for was an evening garden wedding. The lights really added everything that you thought they would to the ambiance. The only downfall, I would say, is that you might want to go in and make sure each bulb is tightened, some are pretty loose. Came with replacement bulbs. These lights have withstood 3 pretty bad storms, and are holding up well. No water damage. Highly recommend ... show more
