We used non-electronicaly controled pressure cooker for many years, we had to watch it closely to turn off in time and could not leave the kitchen; but with this Megachef digital pressure cooker, you just need to choose the time for your food ingredients from the front control panel and rest assured for it to complete the cooking and then automatically turn itself to keep warm setting all by itself.
