I have used these for a month now and they work perfectly with my blue Spectra S1 plus. They are about an ounce smaller than the real ones. One thing I noticed is the milk collector sometimes get lose from the top but you just twist it to make it tighter again. I bought these Maymom pump parts compatible with the Spectra S1/S2 before my baby was born because I wanted to be prepared with extra pumping supplies. Overall, the parts themselves seem great and the quality feels solid. Everything fits well with my Spectra pump and the pieces connect the way they’re supposed to. The bottles, valves, tubing, and backflow protectors all seemed to work properly the few times I used them. I didn’t notice any issues with suction or compatibility, which is really important when using pump parts that aren’t the original brand. The only problem in my case was the flange size. Since I bought them before giving birth, I didn’t really understand yet how important flange sizing is. The 16mm flanges ended up not being close to the right size for me, so I wasn’t able to keep using them. I only used them a few times early on when I didn’t know better about proper sizing. Because of that, they’ve mostly gone unused for me, but that’s not really a problem with the product itself—more just something I wish I had known beforehand. If the flange size had been correct for me, I probably would have used them regularly. So my main advice would be to make sure you know your correct flange size before ordering. I cannot recommend this product enough. I've had issues with pumping, and after visiting a lactation consultant, she measured me for the correct size flange. If you're reading this and experiencing difficulties with pumping, I encourage you to get sized again to ensure you're using the right size. The hospital initially sized me, but I found that I needed a different size since then. The lactation consultant specifically recommended this brand to me, and I saw immediate results after using the correct size. My side that previously produced less went from an average of 2 ounces to a full 6 ounces in just one session. That’s just from one side! In total, I pumped a successful 16 ounces with this pump (my other side is overproducing). I attribute all this improvement to using the correct sized flanges. This product is fantastic because I didn’t need to use inserts or attachments to fit my Spectra. While other brands offer similar products, this one works perfectly with my Spectra right out of the box. It also reduces the number of dishes I have to wash, which is a significant benefit when you're pumping. I can't praise this product enough and am considering buying another set so I can get through a full workday without needing to wash anything in between. Thought my pump was broken or I was just done being able to pump, but bought this set on a whim and omg asap, I'm getting milk again!!! Only complaint is the tubes are short and fall off a bit more than the originals, but everything else is superior to the official stuff!

    • Finally a Replacement Kit That Actually Works With My Spectra

If you're exclusively pumping you know how quickly pump parts wear out and how annoying it is to constantly buy replacements directly from the brand. I have the Spectra S2 and have been pumping around the clock so my parts were due for a refresh. Found these and was a little nervous going third party but honestly they've been really solid. Everything fit the Spectra correctly right out of the box — no weird gaps, no air leaks, no suction issues which was my biggest concern going in because a bad seal means a bad pump session and I do not have time for that. Compatibility is spot on and the quality feels comparable to the original parts without the original price tag which as a new mom I really appreciate. The duckbill valves especially — those are the ones that wear out the fastest and these replacements perform just as well as the ones that came with my pump. Everything is dishwasher safe which fits right into my current routine of cleaning pump parts multiple times a day. My only reason for four stars is that I wish the kit came with a few more backups of the smaller pieces since those are the ones that tend to go missing or wear out first. But overall for the price and the compatibility this is a no brainer if you're a Spectra pumping mom looking to save a little money without sacrificing performance. ... show more

I ordered these because my baby showed up before my replacement pump parts came in and was dealing with really bad engorgement. These parts are a life saver for a fraction of the cost. I have the Spectra S1 and this set worked well. I will say the cups can untwist easily so keep an eye on that but at the end of the day im getting a fully functional pump that allows me to fully empty when I pump. If budgeting is a priority and you need new parts for the Spectra S1 then this set will have you covered. ... show more
