The first one arrived with a faulty knob but they replaced it very quickly. I use this in my class b rv and is perfect for one person as long as you’re not a big eater. Everything I have cooked in it so far has come out great. Allow burn off time for the new fryer smells. The plastic spacer to hold grid from bottom fell off. Is still off. I think material is defective as the parts show no stress. After washing 1 piece was in 3 parts. Is it possible to get a replacement part? See attached picture. Sent an email and got no response.

It cools food well. It's small so it has its limitations. It's his cheaply made the ink use to write the cooking settings and temperature washes away so you can not tell what settings you are using. Then the fry pan will develop rust after using it a few times. You get what you pay for.

So I got this little guy for when I travel. I stick to a very consistent clean diet and air frying is just too convenient to not use it. Firstly I love this, it's no frills, or anything fancy and takes a little bit of guess work on timing but honestly it's pretty nice for the price. I've used this about 5x a day for a week cooking various things like fish, ground beef patties, veggies and french fries ( for the kiddos) it holds a very good amount of French fries, 2-3 servings worth, I've cooked up to 5oz of fish in there, a good half pound sized burger cooks will in there also. No complaints so far. I will say the first 10-15x you will use this it does have a new appliance smell to it, but it does eventually go away, I promise. The pictures of foods with times on top are not buttons, they are suggested cook times for reference. The bottom tray cleans very well with just water and a soft cloth. The heat will only work when the timer is on, it goes hand in hand, so when if you don't want to use the timer, you have to use it to get the heat to work. It's a great size, literally smaller then a toaster and great for travel or 1 person. I would definitely recommend this little guy 👍 ... show more

I don't normally cook at all, ever. I have never liked it or had any interest in it. But then I gained a bunch of weight and joined a medical weight loss program that required me to cook myself a protein twice a day. If I was going to have any chance at success, I had to get over my dislike of food prep. Someone at the weight loss place told me to get an air fryer. A what? I went home and did a search on Amazon and was amazed at what I saw. I bought this model because it's small and didn't look too scary. When it arrived and I looked at it, I became confused. How could this thing work? I put my food into a little drawer and it gets cooked? Filled with doubt, I put in a little steak, set the temp and minute dials according to the pictures of food on top of the fryer, and walked away. When the bell went off, I opened the drawer, and there was my food, cooked perfectly! It was like a miracle! I have used it twice a day since and just love it. I have used it for beef, shrimp, and chicken, and it works perfectly every time. Amazing. ... show more
