  • Functional and versatile
CPU: Core Ultra 9
I have had this laptop for 5 months and I absolutely love it. I wasn't convinced at first but now I don't think I could work with out it. I need a double screen for work which meant working in my office all the time. Now I can work off my lap desk on the couch. It came in really handy when I broke my ankle and had to be on the couch elevating and icing for 8 weeks. My work didn't slow down because I had 2 screens! It is very sturdy when using the second screen, the stand is tight. It does get a lot hotter than my last asus with one screen but it is minor issue. The battery life is shorter than other laptops especially when using duel screens. It lasts about 2 hours. The Bluetooth keyboard is fantastic and lasts on batter for several hours. The sound is also good as I am on video calls much of my day and it is always crystal clear. I was hesitant with new technology but I would definitely buy this again in a heartbeat. ... show more

  • This is the future of mobile desktop computing
CPU: Core Ultra 9
The media could not be loaded. This laptop is without doubt the future of having a desktop experience with a dual monitor on the go. I was so excited after seeing this release at CES 2024, and could not wait to get my hands on it. Opening this thing up for the first time, my eyes were not deceived by the pre release videos of the size of this thing with its capabilities. With keyboard attached, and average person would not be able to differentiate this laptop from a regular laptop. The screens look great, and I could barely tell the difference between these 3k screens and the one on the 4k HP Spectre x360 2024. The keyboard is absolutely amazing with the size of this thing, its insane how it functions just like any other keyboard whether attached or as the thinnest Bluetooth keyboard I’ve seen. The keyboard stays in place with zero movement while typing unless you physically move it. The build quality is top notch, and appears to perform slightly better than the Hp Spectre which does have a Ultra 7 processor compared to the 9 on this one. I love that this has a full hdmi port, and I do not have to use another adapter to connect it to the tv. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone, it performs just as well as a regular laptop as it does a dual screen device. Cons: The only cons I really have at this time which is not too big of a issue for me is that it cannot go into tent mode as thee hinges do not bent any further past both screens being flat. Video attached is quick unboxing video of what’s included, and comparing thee size to other similar sized laptops. ... show more

  • Well, it was perfect...until...
CPU: Core Ultra 9
This laptop was so perfect for working remotely away from my main home office since you had two screen for multi-viewing while tasking. The screens are gorgeous, processor snappy and the detachable keyboard inspired. Sound is "meh" but you should never expect much from a laptop. Everything was great until working one day I hear a "pop" then proceed to see a crack marching across from the side center of the screen. Everything still worked but that crack was crazy and kept growing when the screen stayed on. So, I shut it down and reached out the ASUS support. They were great at the first contact and, given that it was only one month old, fully under warranty for repair. All I had to do was send it in which you have to pay for...not cool thing #1. Not cool thing #2 was that I chose the expensive option to return with next day shipping to make sure I could get it back in the 7-10 day window they quoted. I also paid for next day shipping for returning. $170 bucks in expedited shipping costs later, I handed the beloved laptop over to FedEx for quick delivery. I log in to FedEx the next day and realize that ASUS gave me a GROUND label even though I paid for expedited! So, 6 full days later the laptop showed checked in at the repair center. So, back to ASUS support I go only to find that they had the wrong shipping number and kept telling me that my laptop had not left Seattle. I even uploaded proof with their person's initials for accepting the return. Three days later I chat back with ASUS support and they still have not logged in the laptop which has officially been in their hands for 4 days! Eventually they found it and here I sit still waiting for any word on when I will get it back. Also, no offer to refund my $170 bucks for the expedited shipping I did not receive. So, buyer beware...it's a great device until it does not work and like me, you will be up a creek without a paddle waiting to hear that your laptop is repaired and heading back to you...hopefully with the expedited shipping that you paid extra for. Not holding my breath on that one. So great laptop until it breaks then awful customer service. ... show more
