I never thought my bedding is so dusty before I use this mattress vacuum. The media could not be loaded. Super easy to use, ready to go out of the box unless you want to use one of the scented tablets that comes with the unit. I used lavender which I was hesitant to use at first, worried it might be overbearing on the senses, but quite the opposite; it leaves a very light lingering scent which is really quite pleasant. More importantly, it WORKS! I couldn’t believe after one use all of the dust it picked up! The only negative thing I could say is that the regular price point is pretty high, & I may not have purchased it if it hadn’t been on sale at the time… however as well as it works, that point is not worth taking away a star IMO. Still an impressive product. Suggestion to the creators: a retractable cord would make this unit perfect! Thanks, H.

Just plug it in and your ready to use! I like that the UV light goes off of you raise it up. I could feel the heat as soon as I started using it. It was so easy to remove the filter cup for cleaning. I'm glad because that is often the difficult part with vacuum type products. I like that the filter is stainless steel, so I can just wash it rather than buying replacement cartridges. It glides very well and isn't tiring to use.

I had a friend who purchased one of these and she loves it. So I decided to try it. It really sucked up a lot from my mattress. Finished all the mattresses in the house and feel a lot better. Will use it every other month from here on just to see what comes out of it, love, you will not regret it
