Very handy and easy to use. Only issue is that the software does not save labels for very long. They stay in the account for a few days sometimes then dissappear.

Bought this to only have the app fail to load. I have an Android. So I had my wife install on her iphone and it worked. Received a message from the seller about the app issue before I even reached out. 2 days later, its working! Very easy to use printer and the response from the seller up front was great!

I got this thinking: BlueTooth connection to my phone. Printing labels from an app. How convenient can that be. But nooooo. I’m sure that somewhere in the fine print is said that you had to buy a monthly service fee. Frankly, I was so annoyed, I didn’t recheck… This one is going back. There’s no way I am willing to pay a service fee to print a couple labels every weekend. I don’t care it it’s pennies a month the answer is absolutely not. I have learned that I need to read. Maybe. They should probably be upfront about the service fee. My bad. Maybe.

I may not have read the fine print, but the actual label print was much smaller than I had wanted. Additionally, once I set up the app, I had to obtain a pass order every time I logged in. Needless to say, I returned it.
