This top-load water dispenser is exactly what I was looking for. It only provides hot and cold water, no extra complicated temperature modes, perfect for simple daily use. Since the water jug sits on the top and the bottle itself is transparent, I can clearly see the remaining water anytime without opening any doors or checking special indicators. I know right away when the water is running low and can get a new jug ready in advance. I no longer run into the frustrating situation where the water suddenly stops mid-pour. The small storage cabinet underneath is a nice bonus. I keep disposable cups, tea bags and napkins stored inside to keep the surrounding area tidy. Loading the jug on top is intuitive, just remember full bottles can be heavy to lift. The machine runs reliably, delivers steady water flow and maintains consistent temperatures. I found this super affordable reliable water dispenser that is cheaper than other ones in the market but the quality still being great. The appearance is simple so it can match most homes. I was surprised finding a water dispenser for this cheap but still works so well as it keeps my cups and mugs organized. As well as how the door closes tightly and keeps ur cups safe. This feature is very pleasant as it saves extra cabinet space! Another thing about this dispenser is that it’s cooling and heating are very to standards. The cool water feature helps with the heat during summers but if u ever want a warm tea right after ur cold drink the warm water reaches the warm water quickly. This machine was also asslembled with no loose parts. For using this for quite some time now there are no problems! So if you want a high quality cheap water dispenser this is the right choice!

The shipping is soooooo fast. When I purchased it shows it will arrive end of September but it’s actually delivered in 5days. I was soooo surprised. And the water temperature is soooo good both cold and hot water runs faster than I expected. Kid safety lock is perfect for my kids. Super quiet you barely noticed it. And the storage space is perfectly for cups and sodas. And the best thing is this is really easy to clean and move it.
