Received the product. Looks great. Let it sit for 30 hours before starting it up. Smelled like burning plastic and stayed smelling like that. Water from the cold side came out hot. Waiting to hear back from seller about what to do with it.

I’ve been using this water dispenser for a while, and it works great. The bottom-loading design makes changing the water bottle much easier, and it saves me from lifting heavy bottles.
