When these pillows arrived, the package was heavy which surprised me. Rolled up in individually wrapped bags in that have had the air taken out so the pillows are as flat as can be rolled up. Opening them up, the 2 pillows immediately began to inflate to normal size. I left them for 24 hours to inflate fully and to let the memory foam smell (which is normal) dissapate. These pillows are well made and comfortable. The interesting thing about these pillows is the ability to change the density of the memory foam. How? The memory foam is little pieces stuffed into an inner case. Unzip the pillow and there's another zipper bag that's filled with the memory foam pieces (think of the pieces about the size of popcorn that's been popped). What makes this different is the ability to take out foam pieces to create the density you feel is best to sleep on. It can be messy, so be prepared. If you take out too much, you can put some back in. I've not seen another pillow like this. I'm using these pillows in my guest room, but thinking about sneaky one out to use for myself nightly!

Great pillows! I like the fact that I can adjust the height or thickness by simply removing some of the stuffing. It is a very comfortable pillow and I really appreciate the fact that I can get a great night's sleep using it. I sleep on my stomach and side. Since using, I haven't experienced waking up in the middle of the night and then tossed and turned as I used to with the previous pillow.

These pillows seems to be a My Pillow clone in that they use shredded foam that can be adjusted by removing or adding the foam into the pillow casing. The pillows came rolled up in a vacuum sealed bag with all the air sucked out. Once I opened the bags, the pillows started reflating and fluffing up immediately. I left them out overnight to allow them to fluff out more and to air them out. Unlike some other shredded foam pillows I have tried lately, these did not have a strong odor to them. After I aired them out overnight, I could not discern any odor coming from them at all, which was great. The pillows have an interior casing that contains the shredded foam, and an outer quilted cover that is washable. These seem to be soft pillows, and I did not have to remove any filling, and they did not come with any extra filling, so I could not try adding any. I tried sleeping with the pillows on my back and on my side, and they were comfortable and cool throughout the night. They provided just the right amount of fill to sleep on the side, and when laying on my back, I just punched the middle of the pillow to make a good indentation. In almost any sleep position, I found these pillows to be very comfortable and supportive. Overall, I think these are really good pillows that work well no matter the sleeping position. If you’re having trouble finding the right pillow for you, put these on your short list.

These pillows are super plush and great to sleep on! Came tightly rolled up and had to air out for a day, but that was no issue at all. There wasn't a smell attached to them. Very comfortable and doesn't sleep hot, either!

I finally found a replacement for my old memory foam pillow (that I tried to wash unsucessfully.) I do enjoy having a nice fluffy cloud like pillow to use with my memory foam pillow (and I have recently acquired one), but depending on sleeping position, I usually need a supportive, but not too firm, memory foam pillow too. The last pillow I got was too firm for what I wanted, although good for use behind my back while sitting up. This one is Just Right! I feel like the famous girl that finally found the "just right" bed (pillow), lol. This pillow gives without collapsing and bounces back. Just enough "memory", without deforming and not returning to shape quickly like some memory foam pillows. Now to get a quality pillow protector...
