Ii was a little nervous to try this out since it's not a brand I'd heard of, but I figured we could always return it. No need! We have 4 cats and getting to replace one of their litter boxes with this box has been such a game changer. Two of our cats use this box almost exclusively because even though we scoop every day, this box is clean every time. It's so easy to set up, the app is fun - it even weighs your cat! We like seeing how many visits the box gets each day. The self scooping and UV disinfecting have worked flawlessly for over a month now and our box gets at least 4 visits a day. The used litter bags are so easy to clean out. They even give you the bags you need plus these little deodorizing thingies. We absolutely LOVE this box and it only took our cats half a day to get used to it and start using it! My only gripe is that it's not easy to refill the litter because you have to do so through the front entry. I've found that the kind of litter that comes in pourable jugs is easiest.

I've had cats in my household for more than 20 years and I've never seen anything like this. I have done the scooping litter routine forever, so when this was touted as a hands-free item, I jumped on it. Basically, this is a see-saw inside of a cylindrical contraption that is quite large and obscure. You fill the bottom with litter and after the cat does its business, it rocks the see saw and the clumps go to the bottom of the box. It's only hands free because you are not scooping litter. However, you must place a bag at the bottom to collect the litter and throw it away. In essence, this is just a huge litter box that should be cleaned periodically. Although this was easy to put together, it is still made of hard plastic. If you do not clean the inside, it will start to smell no matter what. This was a pricey item that is really not worth the hassle. I'm ok with the old-fashioned litter box because this was just too large and cumbersome.

Lightweight, but large. This takes up a lot of space. It is made of super light plastics so it’s easy to move when unfilled and easy to assemble. But, again, was surprised. H just how large it is. Also, we don’t think about where to plug in and it does need power so that can be challenging if you’re going to have it in a bathroom. Overall it’s very easy to use and quite handy. Our cats have had no issues with it. It is quiet and doesn’t run often. Also, it has an app you can use and it’s wild the information it collects. It weighs your cat, it times how moms they use the box, it measure frequency of use and creates trend lines to see if there are any normal changes with that. It’s just crazy the information it collects and it notifies you when the box has cleaned or if there are issues. I can see why these units get expensive but this one is cool and we would recommend it.

This automatic litter box is a cat owner’s dream! It keeps odors locked away, and my cats took to it like it was their new throne. Setting it up was just plugging it in and downloading the app for controls. My friend who cat-sits for me was obsessed with how hands-off it was. The waste disposal is so easy, I’m wondering why I didn’t get this sooner. My kitties and I are living the good life!

It's a pretty cool litter box and I like it because its not so high off the ground like other auto litter boxes are so my cat seems to like it more than the other one we have that he has to climb up into. I also like that it does its emptying cycle pretty quickly and it's quiet. It has an app too which is helpful and tells you when the bag is full. Only issue is the bag is in a compartment on the back that you have to slide out so if the litter box is against the wall in-between things, you have to pull the litter box out to get to the back. The bag is also really small so it might be okay for a 1-2 cat household but I have five cats so the bag gets full really quickly. It doesn't seem to smell bad, as long as you keep on top of cleaning obviously. I'd recommend it!

Love this for a multi-cat household. Whoever invented this automatic litter box should give themselves a pat on the back! It is sturdy, arrived in excellent condition, and has the extras as described. I like the orange accents which makes this a more interesting box to look at. My cats always take a little time to adjust to new products. I allow them time to "discover" things on their own. My curious cats will use this, believe me. If yours don't use it right away, keep an old box nearby, and my cat owner method is to place a little used litter into these new boxes. This box may seem high priced, but matches the cost of most other comparable products. The value for the money seemed worth it, for me.

We have three cats and each one took to it differently at first. A few weeks in they watch it turn and clean with curiosity and are comfortable using it. I find because the tray slides out sideways (either side) be sure to have enough space to remove the drawer. Had to do a little reorganizing to make the extra room in our laundry room and reaching to the back to remove the tray and put it back is a little challenging . Also we couldn't get it connected to the app (could be user error - not sure )so left it plugged in instead into an extension cord as there is no plug. .. something to keep in mind. It is easy to take apart and clean and dumps the litter into the tray when pressing the button twice. I hope I don't do this accidentally as a one time press just does a clean cycle but not a litter dump. It is hugely time saving as I find with 3 cats it I clean it only about once a week. The only issue has been the insert where the litter is placed. It clips in and twice now it has come loose from the clips and shifts to the left side in the box and the litter pours down to the bottom of the unit. The only way to correct is to dump all the litter.
