We had initially purchased the Hexclad 10" non-stick skillet based on all the hype and endorsement by Gordon Ramsey. Problem was, food stuck to it! Go figure. Purchased this Made In 10" skillet to replace and man do we love it. Browns meats nicely with easy clean up. Eggs (scrambled, omelets, over easy) all slide around. Giving it a 4 for versatility because it didn't come with a lid. Bought a 3rd party clear/silicon lid that fits both 10 and 12 inch pans. We like cooking in this so much we plan to purchase the 8 and 12 inch pans. A well made product!

This is a great non stick and non toxic pan. Yes it was a bit pricy but I got a discount. The best thing about it is that I don't need to use oil or butter to cook. It doesn't cook as evenly as I would like but that is a tiny quibble. I plan to slowly add one new Made In cookware piece every month.

I got this Made In Cookware nonstick pan after my last new nonstick skillet adventure proved a disappointment. That's the only reason I was willing to spend good money on an unknown item, I was desperate! This was an excellent choice. It's been a year now, and I'm so impressed I'm going to save up enough to buy the next size down - even though it's only $10 less. But, the pan. It's awesome. I'm using a lot of veg and plant-based foods, some of which are a horror show in cast iron pans. This pan works flawlessly, nothing sticks. I am very careful to use only wooden or silicone utensils and re-oil it now and then. These are all steps I've done in past for other nonstick - but they stuck anyway.This pan is awesome. Anyway, if you are investigating nonstick pans, l can wholeheartedly advocate for this one.

I kept the shipping box and packing materials in case I wanted to return this expensive pan set. But after my first use making bacon and blueberry pancakes I am hooked on the feeling. They are amazing in sizes, in the weight, in the balance, in the comfort of the handles that did not get hot to touch, in the even heat distribution and in the visual joy of observing state of the art tools in operation. The clean up was an easy wipe out with a paper towel then soft sponge soap and rinse then wipe dry. I just had to get used to using way less cooking oil because it is not needed to prevent sticking with the slick coating. I also recommend the soft in between pan stacking liners to prevent scratching and get assorted coated utensils. They worked great on our electric burner stove top but have not used them in the oven yet.

Upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4 stars after Made In reached out to me in response to my original review. They have replaced the original 10" pan that had domed in the center. Truly impressive customer service! Knowing now how well they back their products, I no longer have any cautions about this purchase. Original review - Non-stick surface is great. Nice weight to the pan, easy to clean and durable surface, and works great on my induction cooktop. Unfortunately, this 10" pan warped with 6 months of use, as the center has risen up. I have the 12" and 8" pans from this line as well, and have had no problem with warping in those. Not sure why this one is different, but we are very careful to avoid thermal shocks in use. Given the cost, I would caution about this purchase.

Pan is nice and heavy, nice rounded edges that allow for food food movement when cooking. Heat distribution is outstanding as well as heat retention. As will all non-stick you need to take care in using. It replaced an All Clad of the same size at almost half the price.

The functionality of the pan is good. What is disappointing is the chipping of the coating around the edges of the pan. I have had it for 8 months and already the finish is chipping off around the edges of the pan. We don't use any metal objects with the pan. My only guess is it's happening from stacking the pan with other pans. I will not buy again. For the price I will get a Hexclad which has the same non stick capabilities but is way more durable.
