I'm sad I didn't buy this saute pan years ago. Since purchasing the pan I've been trying new recipes two or three times a month. And trying different approaches to the old staples. Having a quality saute pan that is multi use is great! Easy to clean with something like Barkeepers Friend but 90% of the time it's just soap water and a little soaking. I'm not a foodie or an adventurous cook. I have my perfected list favorites things to cook on the stovetop, in the oven, crock pot & grill. This is the best peice of cookware I have ever owned!

So far so good I've never had stainless steel before in a PAN. But I chose to treat it like I was using carbon steel. I washed it and dried it then Wiped a thin layer of avocado on it with a paper towel on the inside. Then heated it up over medium till it was good and hot, using the paper towel to make sure the oil didn't puddle. After It was hot I wiped with more oil on the inside of the PAN Let it stay hot for a few minutes removing anything that showed up as excess oil with the paper towel. Then I shut off the PAN and let it get completely cool. After that I put on one More layer of oil. Then my PAN was ready to use to cook. I heated up the PAN until it was good and hot I added my cooking oil and then my food all over medium heat. Treating my pan carefully like that there was no sticking at all. So I like it very much this is a great PAN. The only thing is I cook for 6 people I could have used one that was probably closer to 5qt. All in all I definitely recommend this PAN and it's worth the money so far.

Great size for two people meals, with a sturdy, yet light construction that feels great when handling. Bought them to replace my too-heavy cast iron pans, because while they cook wonderfully, they are simply too heavy for everyday use. This pan is a much welcomed substitute. However, do pay attention to the included instructions to avoid scratching and heating properly to avoid food sticking. Do that and you will be rewarded with a great pan.

Good pan but not as good as All Clad Stainless steel pans I recently bought a GE Cafe Induction Range Electric which I love This range is very powerful and interacts better with the All Clad stainless steel pans

Dynamite pan for almost anything that requires mixing while cooking. Light enough to handle easily, sturdy, and seals well for braising. This is a great pan and, looking forward to the induction cooking era, everything you would want in an everyday piece of cookware.

I've used this pan almost every day since I bought it. I love it. Good cookware is an investment and this is something that I'll enjoy using for many years. I love that it sustains high temperatures so I can move it to the oven. It's roomy but not so big that it is clumsy and hard to handle. The helper handle at the end is a good touch. I would recommend this to any serious cook or even a novice cook who wants to start a good collection of excellent cookware.
