This is the best pan we own now. We've used All Clad brand for years, and they are very nice. But we wanted a saute pan, of a certain size. Fry pans have the sloped sides, but this has vertical sides. More cooking surface than the same size fry pan. Let's us cook things like pork chops, 4 at a time, versus only 2 in same sized fry pan. Also love love love the brushed finish, versus the polished finish of All Clad. It looks so much nicer, without having to take an extra step to wipe off water spots. Handle is more comfortable. Quality and feel are excellent. And it works perfectly with our LG induction cooktop. Highly recommend and we'll be buying other cookware from this brand in the future. ... show more

I love it. Perfect for cooking steaks, pork chops, and burgers. The first pan I received was warped! It spun like a top instead of being completely flat. This is just a factory defect though. I returned it and the replacement was perfect. I'm in love with this thing.

Size: 3.5 QT
This pan does not have the shiny interior or exterior that other brands do. So do warm the pan and add oil. I can't say that the shiny makes a bit of difference as I've tried many that claim to be the best. Ceramic is nice nonstick but heavy. This pan warms nicely, cooks evenly and is easy to maneuver in my hand. Other's handles get hot or the handle doesn't fit my hand. Stainless Clad seems to work the best and cooks evenly. So far using wooden or silicon spatulas and spoons have kept me from marring the cooking surface of this pan. The lid fits well without locking down like others do and the slight slope returns the cooking juices to the pan. So far I'm at 4.6 stars. ... show more

This is the best saute pan I have ever used, large enough to fry in, but with high walls to help splatter, great lid, and typical perfect Made In quality. slate flat, stable, and naturally nonstick stainless steel. They are pricey, but well worth it!
