Okay, so lets get this said first and foremost, it is not high end. However, I can no longer lift bucket gallons of heavy water. It comes apart in 4 parts. Unlike some other reviews, I had no problem with the attachments. I bought extra mop pads so it very easy to fill. As far as economical, you use a lot less water. cleans the glass on my built-in doors and French door amazingly. The water container is attached to the handle, surprisingly light weight. when fully assembled stands in the corner on its own. you do not need to wait for the unit to cool down to refill. 1 light its keeping the heat, 2 lights it's on medium. 3 it has full steam power. remember with any hot steam or water you can get burned. my blinds windows and floors are so much easier to care for. ... show more

I ordered this "used" but it's missing the major part to connect all the smaller pieces. As well as a mop pad, but that isn't a big deal. I reached out to Amazon and they were unable to replace the part. The steam mop seems to get hot and clean, but the major reason I ordered it, didn't even come with it. Editing to add: I found replacement parts, which included the steam jet attachment. Now that it works how I needed it to, the attachments work wonders on grout. I wish the bristles didn't break down as quickly as they seem (one use and they're smashed and do not recover), however, my grout is much cleaner. **Updated 6/12/23: the past three times I've tried to use it, it no longer works. It's full of water, gets hot, should work. No steam comes out, and the water doesn't make the bubble noise it used to. Was decent while it worked. I used it maybe once a month, and it didn't last a year.** ... show more

I have had this product now for at least six months and use it at least twice a month. It’s easy to use light and I like the fact that it is corded because I feel like it gets more power than battery operated ones. The steam does get really hot and it comes with a bunch of attachments that make cleaning all sorts of different areas easy I recommend getting extra pads but all the pads are machine washable ... show more

This is not my first steamer. I have owned many throughout the years. Here's my assessment after initial trial run: Pros: 1. Easy to Assemble 2. Easy to Use 3. Produces steam when using as handheld 4. Compact for quick grab & go cleanings Cons: 1. Questionable steam/max heat as floor mop 2. The 'tubes' that make up the stick is too short causing back pain from having to curve your back. I am average height 5'6" 3. Brush attachments (grout) are poor quality and seems like it's really only good for 1 time use 4. Though lightweight overall, heavy & awkward as handheld. It is very bulky and the attachments forces you into a weird angle and distance from whatever you're cleaning 5. Does not stand on its own 6. Small tank so you need to refill repeatedly during cleaning sesh 7. On/Off switch gets 'stuck' as you toggle between steam levels Overall I would rate this as average to slightly above average as a floor steamer. There have been other reviewers that state their mops have stopped working/producing steam so I'm hoping mine does not stop working within a month ... show more

I came across this looking at steam mops, in the spring I ended up with a couple compression fractures in my back ouch, so I was unable to carry my vac mop up the stairs was to heavy, so I thought I would try this because of how light it is suppose to be, and it is. This little light weight machine puts out lots of hot steam, and the unit head is thin enough to mop under the front of the refrigerator plus its also the exact width of the stair treads so I can steam mop those also. I haven't tried all the attachments yet, but I have no regrets buying this unit ,has been a great asset. The price didn't break the bank so if I get a year out of it I still wouldn't regret buying it. ... show more

I really had high hopes for this product. I read every review and watched every video online about it and was very thorough in researching it. When I tell you the utter dissatisfaction and disappointment I feel, it's disgusting. It's a MAJOR CHOP. I got it today and put it together and tested it on the floor first. Clean, yes, but highly streaky. Next the stove, it cleaned the stove well so that's its only saving grace. Next the shower, absolutely useless. The attachments are so frail that they even chipped instantly and popped off. I'm definitely returning this trash and getting my money back tonight. Don't waste your time. ... show more
