So far so good! Dyed my level 6/7 roots and 9/10 ends with the juniper green color, and I am loving the color and vibrancy so far. The dye is more even than I expected with the differences in base color I had going on, so very pleased with that aspect. The dye smells good at first but after a while it started smelling oddly of “green incense” and as a non smoker I didn’t like that much xD but I wouldn’t say it would keep me from using it again, as the color is beautiful. It’s a bit higher than my normal diy dye budget, but if the color holds up well I’ll consider it worth the cost. Any stain on my skin came off well the next day with a little astringent/makeup wipe. No staining in the tub or shower, and minimal staining on the towel. Overall I recommend it for a lovely dark emerald/forest green.

Here’s a 10/10 review you could leave for Lunar Tides: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10!) I’ve tried a lot of semi-permanent hair colors, and Lunar Tides is hands down one of my favorites. The color goes on vibrant, lasts well, and fades true to the original shade instead of turning into a completely different color. Every green I’ve used from them has stayed green as it faded, which is exactly what I want. The formula is easy to apply, leaves my hair feeling soft, and the color payoff is amazing. I’ll definitely keep buying Lunar Tides over other brands. Highly recommend! 💚

Favorite green hair dye now! I was tired of my arctic fox greens fading to a mt. Dew color every 2 weeks. This color is so rich and makes my hair look soooo shiny and I don’t have to touch it up nearly as much! ((Does bleed and stain very easily first several washes if you don’t wash your hair that often)) and yes stains surfaces very quickly like splat. So watch out.

So far has held up through a dozen washes without any fading, doing much better than any other brand I've tried with green. Doesn't appear teal like pretty much any Arctic Fox green and doesn't fade like theirs, either. Smaller pouch was enough to cover pretty much my entire head of very thick hair. Has almost a thick lotion texture to it so it applies great.

I bought the juniper green for a quick change that wouldn't last long. I liked the idea of having green hair for Christmas. But no matter what I did there is still a green tint to my hair. Like a ghost in the wind. My poor hair stylist has tried to bleach it out BUT IM STILL GREEN. 10/10 product tho. Didn't smell, didnt stain my sink or tub, very beginner friendly.

AMAZING! I was using a different brand and my hair would fade blue with the first wash. So far this has held up and its such a pretty shade. It even darken my roots that were desperately needing attention.

I couldn't find my favorite brand when searching for hair dye so I decided to take a risk with this one and I am impressed. I've been dying my hair crazy colors for 17 years and this is one of the best. I ordered two jars since my hair is long, but I ended up only needing one (I would still recommend being on the safe side and ordering multiple jars if your hair is longer since it does depend on hair type and you could still need it). I didn't bleach it prior, but the first time using, I had lightened my hair months before to a light blond and that seemed to do the trick well enough. The second time I dyed it, my roots were starting to come in and I decided to skip the bleach again to see how well it would hold up on my natural hair, which is sort of a dark blond/light brown. It was still visible but not as well, and faded much more quickly. So I would recommend that unless you're already a light blond, it would pay to lighten beforehand. On the prelightened part of my hair, it has lasted a decent amount of time. It was over a month before I even considered dying it again, and that's with me washing my hair every single day, and not following the directions when rinsing the dye out. The directions say to rinse using cold water. I just wash it like normal in the shower and rinse it with warm water. One thing that I really love is how it fades. It fades evenly, which is important, and it also fades into a really nice color as well. I think I actually prefer the color once it's faded a bit. It's neither light or dark, still vibrant but not in a neon sense. It's just so pretty and it makes me feel like I should be a mermaid. The last time I tried dying my hair green years ago it was such an awful experience. I won't say the brand name but it's oddly a popular one considering how such poor luck I've had with it. The color was what I was going for, but even with bleach it only lasted a few days, and that's including when it was fading. It didn't even fade evenly, so after the first couple days my hair just reminded me of dead grass. I am so glad this dye is nothing like that one. This might be my new favorite brand of hair dye and I can't wait to try the other colors. I highly recommend.
