I saw this fan that to me was simple and sleek. I asked my husband to check it out for me to see if it would work for our room. He is a retired electrician who is better suited to ask. Quiet, functional, stylish. Multiple settings for fan speed & direction and light brightness and hue. Lots of adjustability thru the remote, but it only works with ( by) the remote. Wall switch is strictly for power off or on, does not activate without remote. Fan is ultra quiet, servo motor, stops, starts, and reverses quickly, it does not “ wind down or up” it simply starts and stops or reverses quickly without much spinning around. Installation is straightforward and simple, less complicated than older style ac winding motors.

I purchased one and installed it in my teenage son's room since he was complaining about the hot room at night. For its price, it was really light and quiet. With its remote control and option to use an App, you can control various settings on the fan including 6 airflow speeds, brightness and light temperature (Warm & Cool). After the first fan, I ordered 2 more fans for my other room and the living room. Unfortunately, one of them was a returned item that Amazon decided to send it to me without checking its components. The box was missing extra screws, washers and electrical wire connectors. Based on the first one, I knew I needed two washers and a brown electrical wire connector. This one box didn't have any. But luckily the other box had extra washers and brown electrical wire connectors. The only disappointing thing was Amazon sent me a box that was repackaged or something that was returned. They should've done better with checking its extra components. The first installation took about 30 minutes and 2nd & 3rd fans took about 15 minutes. Update: I received an immediate customer service response email to this review and they even offered a full refund which I couldn’t honestly accept. And all 3 ceiling fans do work exceptionally well in my townhouse, Plus my wife is very happy with them meaning happy life for me as well.

Light/fan was perfect for my office. Product was as described and I was actually happier with it when I opened the box than I thought I would be. Installation was pretty basic and easy. I love the light switch functions and remote that came with it. We've been using it for about 6 months now and the only negative I have experienced is when we lose power when it comes back on the light turns on automatically. Otherwise excellent fan for the price!

I installed four of these in our 1976 house. Being an older house our ceilings are nominally 8’ but in reality even lower if you measure. So that was the main determining factor in choosing a fan and these are the best I found anywhere by that measure- roughly 8” from ceiling. Install is pretty easy although first one took twice as long of course. Remember to use fan rated ceiling box for safety! In use these have been great in all four kids rooms. They are quiet and no real issues. I would not recommend them for an adult room or area that you spend a lot of time IF you are planning to use the lights. They do change color (kelvins from warm to white) and are adjustable in brightness. However they are not a quality light- as in not easy on your eyes. CRI is I think the measure here? Think incandescent vs cheap leds. Wall switch cannot control fan and light independently. When you turn switch on it automatically turns on the light. The fan will only turn on and can only be adjusted with the remote. They include a regular remote and one that you can permanently install on your wall.

I’m a recovering interior designer, so I’m extremely picky about what goes into a home. My son’s room had gotten really stuffy, and I had to take down a great-looking light fixture. I didn’t want to replace it with an ugly ceiling fan. This one checked every box. It’s modern and clean, and it doesn’t visually take over the room. I was nervous the light would feel too bright or cold, but the built-in dimmer makes a huge difference. It’s smooth, doesn’t flicker, and feels really comfortable. The fan also has a reverse mode, which I love. Even in winter, it just circulates the air without making the room feel cold. I’d highly recommend this. The quality for the price honestly surprised me.
