My father in-law was having a hard time exercising in the manual bike and often he refuses to do it, with this electric bike it does it on its own, no more excuses for him not to do it, stops at 30 minutes automatically and he's done for the day, I see the difference as he's walking much better..

I use it all the time. I had a knee replacement in april and have found it so helpful in my recovery. I am 87 years old and it is the exercise that fits my lifestyle. I would recommend it to others who may not be able to do more physical exercise. It was so easy to assemble.
