This was a disappointment. This didn't even get used. Very difficult to set up. After the set up, the app and machine malfunctioned. App said, not enough litter, not so. Then it kept sticking half way through it trying to clean up. I couldn't get it to work properly. I removed and redid the app. I tried resetting. I tried to find some contact information, but, since this was made in China there wasn't any. This was a failure all the way around. If this is a mother board issue, you will NEVER find someone to fix it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Luckily I still could return it and hopefully the refund will be smooth sailing. However, I am not holding my breath. I am disappointed in Amazon as well, they should have a customer assistance with sellers like this. ... show more

This litter box is great. My cat is still getting used to it. She pooped outside of it twice because she got startled. One thing that should be improved is the sensor. The cleaning process should only starts after the cat uses it but every time my cat put her paws in or on it, the cycle begins again. Overall I’m happy with this product. At first seemed amazing after about 30 days started malfunctioning and continued to do so. Tried reaching out to customer service of company no response. Unfortunately past the return date for Amazon so screwed on that front.

I have had this automatic litter box for about three months now. I was hesitant to purchase not knowing if it would work as described. This has made owning a cat and managing odor so much easier. I change the bag twice a week for my two cats. I add litter once a week and wipe down the exterior with a wipe. I don’t struggle with litter outside the box and my dogs do not mess with it at all. It works as described however does nothing for the smell. Although it says deodorizer complete the smell still there!!
