Now that I have had this walking pad treadmill for a few weeks, I can confidently say this is a great addition to my work from home setup! The build quality was really impressive and it feels sturdy at higher speeds, so I definitely think this walking pad is worth the money. Basically, I purchased this item because I felt like I was sitting too much during the day so wanted to add something convenient to boost my routine. With that, I am happy to report that this has been greatly effective and honestly have been walking more than I ever expected. I am already noticing improvements to my mood, focus, and overall motivation, so I feel like incorporating this walking pad into my setup has been beneficial. As for this specific walking pad, I have been impressed all around. The motor is not too loud and the belt runs smoothly and well calibrated. The buttons to adjust the speed are convenient and help me tailor my pace in real time. I also really like the incline up to 15% and ease to adjust depending on how I am feeling. I especially like this feature when walking since its a super easy way to add in more of a leg workout (beyond just getting in steps to stay active), all while still being able to focus on work. Since some tasks on my computer require a bit more dexterity (and thus I need to be going at a slightly slower pace), having these incline adjustments allows me to still get in a good workout! Beyond using this for walking/speed walking under my standing desk, I have also tested out some jogging and this walking pad held up really well. Even at its max speed, I felt steady and safe and was pleased that it is fast enough to get in a real jogging pace. When I use this for jogging, I also particularly appreciate the cutout for my phone, since it makes it easy to put on a video for some entertainment. Finally, this treadmill is super compact and doesn't take up much space. I am able to comfortably move it around my office and even between different rooms in my house. All told, I highly recommend this treadmill walking pad to elevate a work from home setup or for anyone looking for a convenient and space-saving way to get in some extra steps!

I got this walking pad since its easier for me to complete my steps at home. The pad is very compact and lightweight. Easy to storage and clean. The pad is stable and does not make a lot of noise. The 15% inclination is gentle with the knees. The set up was easy! and it came with the all tools you need It has a remote to change the speed while walking/running. Very satisfied!

I’ve been very happy with this walking pad. The foldable design is perfect for small spaces, and it’s easy to slide under a bed or desk when not in use.
