  • Everything I needed and more!
Color: Black/Red
I can't say enough good things about the LINODI Weight Bench! This bench has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the build quality is outstanding. It feels incredibly sturdy and well-constructed, giving me complete confidence in its durability. I've used other weight benches in the past that felt wobbly or unstable, but the LINODI bench is rock-solid, even when lifting heavy weights. The design is thoughtful and functional. The adjustable backrest and seat positions make it easy to target different muscle groups during my workouts. Whether I'm doing incline presses, flat bench, or seated curls, this bench adjusts effortlessly to meet my needs. Comfort is another area where the LINODI bench shines. The padding on both the backrest and seat is comfortable and supportive. I never feel uncomfortable or sore, even during longer workout sessions. Assembly was a breeze, thanks to clear instructions and well-labeled parts. I had it put together in no time, and I'm not particularly handy with DIY projects. One of the standout features is the compact design. It doesn't take up a lot of space in my home gym, which is a huge plus for me. I can easily fold it up and store it away when it's not in use, freeing up valuable space. Overall, the LINODI Weight Bench is an excellent investment for anyone serious about their fitness. It's well-built, versatile, comfortable, and space-saving. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and it has become an essential part of my workout routine. If you're in the market for a weight bench, I highly recommend giving the LINODI bench a try. You won't be disappointed! ... show more

  • Great bench for the price
Color: Black/Red
I've only had this bench for a short while but wanted to post a review to address a couple of things that I saw in other reviews that made me hesitate before ordering this bench. I had read concerns that the bench was both to narrow and short for some people. The bench is long enough for me at 6 feet tall so that my head is fully on the bench in decline and all the way flat. If you are more than a couple inches taller or have a very long torso it may be too short if you want you head on the bench at all times. I also saw complaints about the locking pins being too loose. Both pins have a sprung bearing on the end that have enough tension to keep the pins in while still allowing you to pull them out with an easy pull. I have had no issues with them coming out while dragging it around my workout space or during use. Maybe they have improved the pins since earlier reviews. Overall I totally agree with a lot of the other reviews. For the money it is a great bench. Moderate padding and stability but that is more than offset by the great prices, compact design for storage when not in use, and easy set up. ... show more

  • Nice workout bench.
Color: Black/Red
I'm 6 foot 2inces and 210 pounds and the bench seems sturdy so far. No cracks or flexing when I'm lifting on it. I use the decline for abs and it works good. The gap from the seat to the bench when on full decline is a little large and with my height it's like my body finds the gap and wants to go in it, just have to find the right spot. It seems very stable, no wobbling while working out and I use it on the carpet. Definitely worth the buy ... show more

  • $73 for this thing? What a steal!
Color: Black/Red
This is not an $850 Rogue adjustable bench, so it is beyond unfair to compare this bench to anything you would use in a commercial gym. That said, this thing is fantastic. Come about 90% assembled out of the box, the weld points looked good and the hinges and bolts and the like were well assembled and tightened. Ran it through a chest workout in the home gym culminating in a set of 80lb dumbbell incline bench at about a 40 degree angle. Sturdy throughout the lift, from the floor to the hinge between the seat and backrest to the actual backrest itself. Using it on a level concrete garage floor with 1/2" rubber mats. Probably not good for use on carpet. For context, I'm 5'7" 180 lbs. Hit some overhead dumbbell presses at 75 degree or so and everything was sturdy although the uppermost portion of the back foam gave to the rear a little at the top of the reps. Nothing concerning, didn't interrupt the workout or concern me it would break, but it's detectable. Hit some decline bench, it goes down about -10 degrees and it was sturdy throughout. Overall, fantastic purchase for the price, much nicer than I thought it would be. Highly recommend it. ... show more

  • One of the top gym benches for the money. Strong and sturdy for lifting. One of the top gym benches for the money. Strong and sturdy for lifting.
Color: Black/Red
I am 5'9 and 235 pounds and like to use my equipment. I had purchased a XR 5.9 but was disappointed in that it was flimsy and unstable. This LINODI bench is a newer version of their previous one, by LINODI, as it has some cutouts in the side for better range of motion. I bought it because of the price/performance and the construction of it. I thought I was going to have to buy a flat utility bench and keep the XR 5.9 but was able to sell it and now am very very happy with this ONE versatile bench. PROS: -it actually does lay flat (seat and main bench) -dual bars underneath for the back board and seat board creates a sturdier platform, unlike other products which only have one bar down the middle. There is less wobble and side to side motion as the forces are spread out. -quick and easy to use sturdy post for creating incline, decline and flat positions. It is like the one at the gym with no need for a pin to secure it. Other products just use a arc sharped, thin piece of metal with holes and a pin to secure it. With this one, Just lift and it slides into place. -the shape of it is sturdy and strong. I just tested it and can actually do a one arm back row with my palm and knee on the top of the head board with a 82 pound dumbbell. I can actually do tricep dips without flexing the main board. -it is foldable so can stow away easier when company comes over -fairly light and easy to move around -scratch guard plastic leg end pieces -easy assembly. Came pretty much assembled just had to put in 2 pins (one for main bench and one for the seat) and then the leg holder. No tools needed just hands. CONs: -decline function isn't that great BUT most weight benches like this and price range are not good for decline due to the shin/leg holders not being out front far enough but if they designed it this way then the compliant would be that the shin/leg holders are too far forward. Just use a piece of wood, like in the picture, or something sturdy to raise it (like possibly the step-up exercise risers) -gap between main board and seat. No way getting around it if you want two pieces to move independently. (getting nit picky here as even the benches at the regular gym have this). It doesn't bother me. I don't do many product reviews but with so many people working out at home due to corona and keeping things on a budget this was a great find and buy FINALLY after doing hours of research on benches and most being out of stock or more expensive. I recommend this for light or heavy folks. This could be your goldilocks! Updated: months later on 3/22/2021 The seat part is made of particle board / plywood so be careful not to do pushups just using the seat (left and right side as it can crack the wood). One can also crack it using heavy weights (60+ pound plus dumb bells in each hand) and leaning right or left to much puts too much stress on it. Seat is still whole, but did hear 1-2 slight crack strains. Still a great bench in my opinion. ... show more

  • Budget incline bench NOT heavy duty - need to use care when using
Color: Black/Red
Good price for Black Friday, and I knew I wasn't buying a Bowflex or gym quality bench, but my last Amazon basics flat bench purchased in 2018 is holding up nicely, so why not add a value priced incline to my home gym? Easy to assemble, and easy to adjust, but that's about all the positives here. Don't sit at the head of the bench or it will buckle easily, due to its collapsable design to save space. Don't use it as a decline bench because the foot holds are in the wrong spot so your knees and thighs will pay the price! Don't sit on the padded edge because it's not supported by metal or wood, just cushion, and you can tell that it could break you don't sit properly! The retaining pin in the middle is too small for the hole and can easily be pulled out. I can successfully use this bench for incline dumbbell presses, and if I want to use it for decline presses I can either deal with the pain behind my knees, or just elevate the base on a block (like another reviewer here suggests and has a picture too), so it's terrible for situps. It works as a flat bench too, although the gap is noticeable, so I will keep my flat bench for bench presses or other flat work. This is a BUDGET incline bench for home use, but you need to know how to use it properly. If you have others that will use it, make sure they know its limitations and weak points so it lasts longer. I don't think I trust my teenagers to use this or treat it gently (which isn't how you treat gym equipment normally anyway). I plan to keep this because I don't do a whole lot of incline work and it takes up little space. I only weigh 170lbs and don't lift very heavy but I wouldn't trust this bench with extremely heavy loads. It works for me, but I can't really recommend it at all. ... show more
